      Welcome to South Korea!

      The airport we suggest you arrive at is Incheon International Airport (ICN).

      Meet up with your guide and fellow travelers to begin your adventure.

      After checking in at the hostel, you can enjoy free time to explore the city on your own.

      In the evening you will have the opportunity to mingle with everyone during the Korean-style welcome dinner.

      Later you will go to Namsan Mountain, a characteristic mountain in the center of the city of Seoul. Where you can admire the spectacular views of Seoul as well as learn about the romantic tradition of love locks in the Namsan Tower, better known as N Seoul Tower.

  • Day 2 Seoul

      Today you will have the opportunity to visit the Korean Demilitarized Zone, also known as the inter-Korean border, the territorial boundary between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and the Republic of Korea (South Korea).

      After approximately one hour of driving you will arrive at Imjingak, where you will have the opportunity to have breakfast. Once finished, you will continue your journey to Dorasan Station, the train stop that used to connect North and South Korea. Being in this place you will also visit the Dora Observatory.

      Then, you will return to Seoul to enjoy a free afternoon, we suggest you visit the Myeongdong Cathedral, the National Museum of South Korea, the modern and exclusive Gangnam neighborhood and at night you can visit the Nanta Show (a traditional culinary comedy show ).

  • Day 3 Seoul

      After a relaxing and rejuvenating night, you will take public transport to Gyeongbokgung Palace.

      Upon arrival, you will witness the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. This ceremony starts at 10:00 AM and lasts approximately 20 minutes.

      Next, you will rent a hanbok (traditional Korean attire) before entering the palace. The rental fee is approximately 20,000 KRW.

      You will then visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, where you will have free time to explore independently. If you are interested in the history of the palace, you can join the English-speaking tour conducted by the palace guides, which starts at 11:00 AM.

      The afternoon and evening are free for you to enjoy Seoul at your own pace.

      Suggestions include visiting Bukchon Hanok Village, exploring Insadong Art Street, visiting the Gangnam District, renting a bike to ride along the Han River, or visiting the HIKR Ground to record your own music video and learn about the K-wave.

  • Day 4 Seoul - Sokcho

      Take a private bus from the hostel to Seoraksan Mountain, one of the most beautiful mountains in Korea.

      Upon arrival at Seoraksan National Park, you will have free time to hike or take the cable car (additional fee) to one of the peaks.

      After exploring Seoraksan, take the bus to Sokcho Town and visit Abai Village. You can continue to the Lighthouse Observatory for fantastic views of Seoraksan Mountain, the East Sea, and the Sokcho area.

      Enjoy dinner at the fish market (optional) and try the popular sweet/spicy boneless fried chicken at Manseok restaurant.

      In the evening, participate in a traditional liquor tasting arranged by your Adventure Leader at the hostel.

  • Day 5 Gyeongju

      After a night of relaxation, take a private transfer to Gyeongju, stopping briefly at the popular BTS Bus Stop on the beach.

      Upon arrival in Gyeongju, check in at the hostel. For lunch, consider dining at the traditional market Seongdong or one of the many local restaurants.

      Spend the afternoon exploring Gyeongju by bike. Visit the Cheonmachong Ancient Tombs in Tumuli Park and the Cheomseongdae Observatory. You can continue to explore the old town by bike or on foot.

      For dinner, ask your guide for a recommendation for a local restaurant with traditional Korean food. You can also visit Anapji Pond for stunning nighttime views.

      Note: The bike ride is approximately 7 to 8 km, mostly on flat terrain.

      Check out of the hostel by 11 AM, leaving your bags in the designated area. In the afternoon, transfer to the Golgulsa Temple for a temple stay experience.

      At Golgulsa Temple, follow the temple's schedule, which may include orientation, meditation, communal work, and Sunmudo training. The accommodation is basic, with shared gender-segregated rooms. Dinner and breakfast during the temple stay are vegetarian and included.

      YVisit the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple by public bus in the morning. This temple is known for its stunning coastal location.

      In the afternoon, relax in a jjimjilbang (Korean bathhouse). Suggested jjimjilbang: Centum Spa Land. Enjoy various saunas, pools, and relaxation areas.

      Evening options include a sightseeing boat tour to enjoy the night views of Haeundae and Gwangan Bridge, or dinner and drinks in Haeundae.

      Spend the morning enjoying beach activities in Busan, such as a picnic breakfast, swimming, and beach games. Check out of the hostel by 11 AM.

      Optionally, participate in a Busan cooking class, which requires booking three weeks in advance.

      In the afternoon, transfer to Busan Airport for your flight to Jeju. Private transportation will be provided. Ensure you are on time for the pick-up.

      Upon arrival in Jeju, transfer to the hotel and enjoy a free evening.

  • Day 10 Jeju Island

      After breakfast, head to Olle Trail No.7 for a half-day nature hike. The trail includes Oedolgae Rock and the Jungbang Waterfall.

      Next, visit Seongsan Ilchulbong and hike to the top. The hike takes about an hour round trip.

      Enjoy free time for lunch near the volcano (optional).

      Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Suggested activities include visiting Olle Maeil Market, Jungmun Beach, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, walking around Maritime Park and Saeyeongyo Bridge, or enjoying sunset drinks at The Cliff.

  • Day 11 Jeju Island

      In the evening, have a trip feedback session with your Adventure Leader to share your experiences and feedback.

      For the farewell dinner, enjoy a Jeju Black Pork BBQ. Celebrate the end of the adventure and share a last meal with your travel companions. Inform your leader of any dietary requirements in advance. Drinks are not included.
