Day 1 Day 1: Lisbon

Day 1: Lisbon

Arrival in Lisbon and private transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, Half Day City Tour, with our local guide that will pick you up from the hotel and show you Lisbon, capital of Portugal. The tour will start in the main hill of Lisbon, where you will find the St. George Castle with its surrounding quarter and Alfama, Lisbon’s oldest quarter. We will visit also the traditional commerce zones of the city, with their 18th-century buildings: the Downtown and the Chiado. Our tour includes all the best that Lisbon has to show.

At night, you will be welcomed into the soul of Portugal in one of Lisbon’s most emblematic fado locales, where you will enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal and a show.

Day 2 Day 2: Lisbon / Sintra

Day 2: Lisbon / Sintra

Today your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and you will visit the World Heritage Site of Sintra where hundreds of years of history and culture await you. Driving around the mountain you will pass by amazing Royal Palaces, Chalets and Aristocratic residences in the most incredible combination of architectural styles, colours, and shapes that you will find in Portugal. We will now visit the emblematic Quinta da Regaleira. Lunch (not included) in the fishing town of Cascais (taste our famous "fish cooked in salt"). In the afternoon taste Colares uniques wines.

Day 3 Day 3: Evora

Day 3: Evora

Hotel check-out and departure towards Évora.

We will walk in its historical center and "feel" the atmosphere of this town. After reaching the walled city you’ll see the enigmatic church of St. Francis and its Chapel of the Bones. Continuing up the narrow streets of the old town you’ll find the Giraldo square where the Inquisition once had its headquarters. You will also have time to explore the millennium-old Roman Temple and have a glimpse at the 12th-century cathedral.

Free time to lunch (not included) in a traditional local restaurant.

We will finish the day with a visit to a Winery and Cellar with a wine pairing. Accommodation in Évora.
Day 4 Day 4: Evora / Monsaraz

Day 4: Evora / Monsaraz

First thing in the morning, after breakfast, you’ll take a 4-hour tour of the medieval town of Monsaraz. Located next to the largest artificial lake in Europe, this picturesque town was once the scene of great battles, as its imposing castle proves. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to visit a pottery shop and at the end you’ll take part in a tasting of the region’s wines. In the afternoon, after lunch (not included), you’ll return to Évora and the time is yours. You can choose to enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities or explore the Alentejo city a little further.

Day 5 Day 5: Coimbra

On the 5th, you head to Coimbra, a truly charming city steeped in history. It is not only one of the oldest university cities in the world, but also one of the most harmonious building complexes in Portugal. Take the day to visit emblematic sites such as the Joanina Library and Quinta das Lágrimas, the site of the love story between Prince Pedro and the beautiful Inês de Castro.

Day 6 Day 6: International Douro Natural Park / Lamego

We’ll then proceed to Douro Valley and visit Quinta da Pacheca (or similar accordling to availability) wine estate for visit, wine tasting and lunch. After lunch private transfer to your hotel for a relaxing end of afternoon. Accommodation in Douro.

Morning for relaxation and personal activities. In the afternoon we will board on a Douro Valley Cruise. This will be a fabulous cruise to discover the Douro Valley from the best possible perspective. On the way back to the hotel we will do a wine tasting at Douro Valley Winery and Vineyards. Day 8 Day 8: Porto / Guimaraes

Day 8: Porto / Guimaraes

Day to visit the Minho region, where you will taste some Vinho Verde (Green Wine) and visit the winery. After the visit we will proceed towards the birthplace of the Portugueses Nation - the city of Guimarães, which was the first capital of Portugal, chosen by our first king Dom Afonso Henriques. Here, we will have free time to Lunch (not included). In the afternoon, we will have a walking tour visiting historical center of Guimaraes which UNESCO consider this town as a World Heritage Site. Arrival to Porto in the afternoon. Accommodation in Porto.
Day 9 Day 9: Porto

In the morning half day visit of the city of Porto with a local guide.

In historical city center, considered World Heritage by UNESCO. As you walk around the city, you’ll make a few stops at typical establishments to try some of Porto’s best delicacies!

We will finish this tour right in front of the river where you can admire the D. Luis bridge and all of the Port Wine lodges that brought fame and fortune to the city. Visit and tasting to one of the best Port Wine cellars.

Tonight we will finish those unforgettable holidays with Farewell Gourmet dinner in a 1 Start Michelin Restaurant in Porto (except on sundays and mondays, because these restaurants are closed).
