After your custom bike fitting, weโ€™ll hop on the bikes for a warm up ride through the charming and brightly-painted village of Kenmare, one of Irelandโ€™s foodie hubs, on to the surrounding hills and wooded country lanes, and ending with a fun downhill finale. From the Beara Peninsulaโ€™s rugged northern coast to its southern side, weโ€™ll climb the classic Healy Pass. Enjoy stunning views first over Bantry Bay and then over Kenmare Bay, where we finish the dayโ€™s tour of one of the most spectacular yet least-known coastal cycling routes in Ireland. (B,L)

Looping around the giant mountain Carrantuohill, Irelandโ€™s highest peak, weโ€™ll follow Oisinโ€™s Way, named for a poet and warrior in Irish mythology. In the afternoon, weโ€™ll sweep into Killarney National Park, heading along the glittering shores of Lake Leane with views over the mountains and wooded shores sheltering Killarneyโ€™s iconic Ross Castle. Then, weโ€™ll pedal through the rocky pass of the famous Gap of Dunloe and its quaint Wishing Bridge.
