      Day 2 โ€“ 10:30 hrs. From the hotel, transfer to Miraflores towards the Parque del Amor: a beautiful place inspired by the Gรผell Park in Barcelona, โ€‹โ€‹a famous work by Gaudรญ. This park was made by the famous Peruvian artist Vรญctor Delfรญn. A flowered park facing the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by tiles and romantic poems. In the middle of the park, there is a huge sculpture made of cement, clay, and red pigment, called โ€œEl Besoโ€. Then youโ€™ll walk down to the beach to feel the โ€œsurferitaโ€ life that is very popular on the Lima coast since surfing is the second most important sport in our country.


      Then taking our transport and youโ€™ll go to the district of Chorrillos, to the top of Morro Solar, a set of hills facing the sea that since 1986 has been a historical monument of the Nation since it reminds us that great battles were fought here during the war of Peaceful. From here you can see a fabulous view of the city of Lima. Then youโ€™ll go down and visit the Salto del Fraile: an observatory in the middle of stones, big waves, and marine life; fishermen and people gather to watch how a Friar is thrown from the high rocks into the depths of the sea.


      12:00 hrs. With our transport youโ€™ll go to Barranco: the bohemian district of Lima, where many of our artists live, a place full of art galleries, good restaurants, and colorful streets; here we will have a walking tour arriving at the well-known Bridge of Sighs: a traditional wooden bridge combined with an air of romanticism. Finally, we will walk to visit the Dรฉdalo art gallery to enjoy a good example of contemporary art combined with ancient Peruvian art. Barrio de Pueblo Libre: an old and historic district of Lima, where the liberator Don Josรฉ de San Martรญn lived.


      13:30 hrs.       Next heading towards Barranco where youโ€™ll visit the House/Workshop of the artist Vรญctor Delfรญn: a fantastic place embedded in a hill facing the Pacific Ocean, home of one of our best representatives of Peruvian art, recognized and admired for the variety of materials he uses as wood, bronze, ceramic, oil, etc. He was born in 1927 and still works daily on various works of art. He was the one who made the Parque del Amor.


      At the end of the visit, youโ€™ll walk to the Puente de los Suspiros area. From 1876, a traditional wooden bridge combined with an air of romanticism in the middle of a picturesque and historical place. Youโ€™ll have a moment to take some good photos in the middle of great artistic graffiti, a magnificent example of good urban art captured in large murals.
