Remark: Having a good rest/sleep in your hotel is the best way to get acclimatized to the high altitude for the new-comers of Tibet. DO NOT rush to visit attractions immediately once you arrive. You can take a stroll near your hotel if you adapt the plateau very soon. But donโ€™t go too far and be too exciting!
