      This is your arrival day in Kathmandu. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation Treks will be receiving you at the Tribhuvan International Airport. After picking you up youโ€™ll be taken to your hotel where youโ€™ll be briefly explained about the Langtang Valley yoga & meditation trekking itinerary & other important factors about your trek. Youโ€™ll spend a comfortable night at the hotel.

  • Day 2 Drive From Kathmandu To Syabrubesi (1,550M/5,100Ft): 7-8 Hours, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Today, Youโ€™ll start your day with 1-hour yoga & meditation session. After that, we begin our trek today as we leave Kathmandu for Syabrubesi, a village that is the starting point of our trek. It takes us about 7 to 8 hours drive to cover 117 km from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi. En route, we can enjoy the scenic views of the mountain and rice terrains. Weโ€™ll be having short 1-hour yoga & meditation sessions in the evening in Syabrubesi to relieve all your stress & walking throughout the day. Overnight at the Hotel of Syabrubesi.

  • Day 3 Trek From Syabrubesi To Lama Hotel (2,380M/7,830Ft): 6 Hours Walk, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Weโ€™ll be having another yoga session in Syabrubesi today before we begin our trek to Lama Hotel early in the morning after having our breakfast. We begin our trek from the main road & lower down to a camping area. We ascend & descend together through various forests. After crossing the bridge over Langtang Khola, the trail leads to a set of six lodges at Changtang which goes by the name of Lama Hotel. After reaching lama hotel, there will be 1-hour yoga & meditation class so that, your busy & mind can be at ease. Overnight at lama hotel.  

  • Day 4 Trek From Lama Hotel To Langtang Valley (3,420M/11,220Ft): 6 Hours Walk, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Early in the morning, weโ€™ll be having 1-hour Yoga & Meditation session in the lama hotel. After that today, weโ€™ll be ascending up the hill that will take us to the trial that opens up in Langtang Valley. The valley offers an astonishing view of Langtang Lirung. Later on in our trial, we pass through a forest to reach the grassland where yaks & goats can be seen grazing. As we reach our destination Langtang Valley, weโ€™ll be having another session of Yoga & meditation for today. Overnight at the Hotel of Langtang Valley.

  • Day 5 Trek From Langtang Valley To Kyanjin Gompa (3880M/12729Ft): 6 Hours Walk, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Before leaving for our trek weโ€™ll be having another yoga & meditation session in Langtang Valley for about an hour. After that, we will climb uphill all the way to Sindum & Yamphu, leaving the Langtang Valley behind. On the way, we go through laja Khola to arrive at a viewpoint that provides panoramic views of Kyanjin Gompa and icefall from Lirung and Kinshung. We will come down to Kyanjin Gompa which lies below the viewpoint & have another yoga & meditation session for the day. Overnight at the hotel of Kyanjin Gompa.

  • Day 6 Explore Kyanjin Gompa/ Kyanjin Ri Hiking Around, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Explore Kyanjin Gompa/ Kyanjin Ri Hiking Around, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      Today is the day weโ€™ll be exploring Kyanjin gompa & hiking around Kyanjin Ri. Early in the morning we go for a hike to Kyanjin ri which is at the top & it takes us 3 hrs to reach there. Weโ€™ll be having our 1 hour yoga & meditation session at the top surrounded by the mountains. After having some peaceful time for ourselves we will get down to Kyanjin gompa & take rest. The cheese factory & Buddhist monastery are other sites which you would like visiting in Kyanjin gompa. Another yoga & meditation session will be happening in the evening after taking a well deserved rest all day. Overnight at the hotel of Kyanjin gompa. 

  • Day 7 Trek From Kyanjin Gompa To Lama Hotel: 6 Hours Walk, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      This is the day to get down to lama hotel but before beginning our trek weโ€™ll be having our regular 1 hour morning yoga session. After that, we start to get down to lama hotel. Another yoga session for the day will be happening at lama hotel in the evening. Overnight at the lama hotel.

  • Day 8 Trek From Lama Hotel To Syabrubesi: 5 Hours Walk, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga

      As this is the last day of our trekking, weโ€™ll be having our yoga session around the mountains & nature for the last time at lama hotel in the morning. As this is a day to end your walking in Himalaya wilderness after arriving in Syabrubesi which is our trekking starting point after 5 hours walk. Another yoga & meditation session will be happening in Syabrubesi. Weโ€™ll be spending a peaceful night at the hotel of syabrubesi.

  • Day 9 Drive Back Syabrubesi To Kathmandu, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga.

      Drive Back Syabrubesi To Kathmandu, 1 Hour Morning & Evening Yoga.

      Before leaving for Kathmandu, weโ€™ll be having our 1 hour yoga & meditation session for the last time in the nature away from all the crowds of city. After that, Seven hours of driving through the serpentine road enjoying the pleasant views of Majestic Mountain, cascading waterfalls, paddy fields and woods will take us to Kathmandu. We will be conveyed back to our hotel where weโ€™ll be having our last session of yoga & meditation of our trek.
