Vaccinated Tour Guides: All our tour guides are fully vaccinated to protect their safety and that of our guests. 2. Protective Measures for Guides: Our tour guides will wear masks throughout the tour and use gloves when sanitizing, taking temperatures, and providing hand sanitizer. They will also frequently check their temperatures and refrain from working if sick. They can return to work after receiving a negative COVID-19 test or being fever-free for 14 days. 3. Sanitization of Vehicles: Before each tour, our tour guides will thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all surfaces inside the vehicle to ensure a clean environment for our guests. 4. Temperature Checks: Our tour guides will use non-contact thermometers to check the temperature of each guest before entering the vehicle. Guests with a fever or traveling with others with a fever (temperature above 100.4ยบF/38.0ยบC) will not be allowed to join the tour. 5. Restricted Front Seat Access: The front seat of the vehicle will be off-limits to guests to maintain distance between guests and the tour guide. 6. Non-Compliance Measures: Guests who refuse to wear masks or abide by social distancing guidelines, thereby jeopardizing the health and safety of others, will be removed from the tour without a refund. 7. Minimal Contact: Our tour guides will be the only individuals handling the opening and closing of vehicle doors during the excursion to minimize contact. 8. Mask Requirements: Guests must wear masks for the tour, except in locations where masks are not required. Guests must provide their masks, and those without masks will not be allowed to take the tour. Children under five or with medical conditions are exempted from wearing masks, while children aged five and over must wear face coverings. 9. Social Distancing: Guests are expected to maintain a 6-foot distance from the tour guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, and other patrons. 10. Sanitization at Stops: Our tour guides will use sanitary wipes to disinfect commonly touched areas inside the vehicle at each stop. 11. Hand Sanitizer/Wipes: Our tour guides will provide hand sanitizer or wipes to each customer when they re-enter the vehicle. 12. Limited Group Size: To ensure social distancing, we limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 people. 13. Once you arrive at the airport, Peregrine Treks will provide a private transfer to Hotel Thamel Park, where you will be staying.       On the first night of your arrival, you will have the opportunity to meet with a local representative from Peregrine Treks. During this pre-trek briefing, you will receive detailed information about your upcoming trek, including the itinerary, safety guidelines, and necessary preparations. This briefing ensures you are well-informed and prepared for the adventure ahead.


      Hotel Thamel Park provides a convenient and pleasant base for your stay in Kathmandu. Located in the cityโ€™s heart, you can access various amenities, restaurants, and shops easily.   • Day 2 Drive To Syabru Besi

      Drive To Syabru Besi

      The journey begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi, which takes approximately 8 hours. As we leave the bustling city behind, we travel along a picturesque route that offers glimpses of pristine villages nestled along the banks of the Trishuli River. Along the way, you will also be treated to breathtaking views of the majestic Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and the peaks of the Langtang region.


      Upon reaching Syabru Besi, a charming village, we will settle into a teahouse for the night. Teahouses are basic yet comfortable accommodations that provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A hearty breakfast is included in the package, ensuring that you start the day with a nourishing meal.

  • Day 3 Trek To Lama Hotel

      Trek To Lama Hotel

      Our trek commences today as we depart from Syabru Besi and go towards Ghopcha Khola. The trail initially follows Syabru Besiโ€™s main road ridge, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. As we proceed, we enter dense forests adorned with various plant species, such as oaks, maples, alders, and bamboo. Keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that inhabits this region, including the elusive red panda, langur monkeys, yellow-throated martin, wild boar, and the majestic Himalayan black bear.


      Continuing, we come across a stream and pass by several small tea shops, known as bhattis, where we can take a break and rejuvenate ourselves. The ascent becomes steeper as we advance along the trail, eventually leading us to a steel suspension bridge at an altitude of 2000 meters. Crossing this bridge, we transition to the north bank of the Langtang Khola, where we are treated to awe-inspiring vistas of cascading waterfalls.


      As we climb further, reaching an elevation of 2748 meters, we arrive at Lama Hotel, our destination for the night. The tranquil surroundings of Lama Hotel provide a serene atmosphere to rest and recharge. Enjoy the cozy accommodations and immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the Langtang region.   • Day 4 Trek To Langtang Village

      Leaving Lama Hotel behind, our trek continues gradually above the Langtang Khola. As we climb higher, the trail becomes steeper, but the magnificent views of the towering Langtang Lirung at 7246 meters serve as a rewarding backdrop to our journey. The trail leads us across a sturdy log bridge, guiding us towards the vast meadows of Ghora Tabela, situated at an altitude of 3000 meters. Here, we encounter several lodges and a police check post, adding to the infrastructure and security of the area.


      The trail unveils a picturesque valley adorned with yak pastures and scattered Tamang villages. As we traverse this scenic landscape, weโ€™ll come across water-driven mills and prayer wheels, a testament to the regionโ€™s rich cultural heritage. Eventually, we arrive at the charming Langtang village, which serves as the headquarters for Langtang National Park. The village boasts a collection of flat-roofed Tibetan-style houses, hotels, and cultivated lands yield crops such as buckwheat, potatoes, wheat, turnips, and barley. Enjoy the local lifestyle and appreciate the harmony between nature and human settlements.

  • Day 5 Trek To Kyangjin

      Embarking on the next leg of our trek, we traverse through the captivating scenery of lush yak pastures and enchanting traditional villages. As we make our way, the trail gently winds through the villages of Muna and Singdun, offering glimpses into the authentic mountain life of the locals.


      Crossing a sturdy wooden cantilever bridge, we find ourselves amidst a wide valley, surrounded by the remnants of glacial moraines. The trail gradually ascends, leading us toward a mountain pass. With each step, the panoramic views become more awe-inspiring, with snow-capped peaks adorning the horizon.


      Our ascent eventually brings us to the sacred destination of Kyangjin Gompa, nestled at approximately 3870 meters. Here, we are greeted by a small monastery, where Buddhist monks carry out their daily rituals, and a factory producing the famous local yak cheese. Take some time to explore the monastery, immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere, and witness the devotion of the local community.


      The serene beauty of Kyangjin Gompa, surrounded by towering mountains and serene valleys, offers a tranquil retreat for trekkers.       Along the way, we pause briefly for a well-deserved lunch, replenishing our energy for the steep descent ahead. The trail gradually descends, taking us through lush forests and cascading waterfalls, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating ambiance. The familiarity of the route allows us to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings from a different perspective.


      As we continued our descent, we reached Lama Hotel, where we had spent a memorable night before. The cozy lodge welcomes us again, offering a comfortable resting place amidst the tranquility of the Himalayan wilderness.
