Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu International Airport, you’ll have the pleasure of meeting the representative from Nepal Trekking Routes, the adventure company facilitating your expedition. They will warmly welcome you and assist you in transferring to your hotel.

Later in the evening, there’s a special arrangement awaiting you: a meeting with your dedicated tour or trekking guide right at your hotel. During this orientation session, your guide will provide you with all the essential information you need to know about your upcoming tour program in Nepal. It’s a great opportunity to get acquainted with the details of your adventure and ensure that you’re well-prepared for the incredible experiences that lie ahead.
