  • Day 1 Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha Town

      Upon your arrival, you will be collected from the airport and transferred to your hotel in the town of Arusha. If you arrive early enough, you will have an opportunity to explore the lodge grounds, take a dip in the swimming pool or partake in any of the offered additional activities available.   • Day 2 Arusha Town - Tarangire National Park

      Arusha Town - Tarangire National Park

      Our tour sets off after breakfast, with the first stop being the town of Arusha for some last minute purchases, before we head off on an exciting safari experienceโ€ฆ We will travel towards the Tarangire National Park, where we stop for lunch and afterwards, our first game drive of the safari! Tarangire National Park is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of the annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephant, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebra.  Accommodation: Tarangire Simba Lodge or similar

  • Day 3 Tarangire Np - Lake Manyara Np

      Tarangire Np - Lake Manyara Np

      After breakfast today we are heading towards Lake Manyara National Park for full day game drive. The spectacular national park is located at the north-western corner of Lake Manyara, a hallow soda lake, which lies at the foot of the Great Rift Valleyโ€™s western escarpment. Lake Manyara covers two thirds of the park. Incredibly, the other third of the park homes a variety of animals, which are supported by open savannah grassland with rocky outcrops, marshes and acacia woodland. Manyara NP is not only known for its large flocks of flamingos, but also for the elusive tree climbing lions. Other animal found here are buffalo, zebra, hippo, leopard, elephants and giraffes.   • Day 4 Lake Manyara - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti Np

      Lake Manyara - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti Np

      Our journey starts shortly after breakfast with a scenic drive up the Rift Valley escarpment to Ngorongoro Crater. On arrival we go through the registration process and descend to the floor of the worldโ€™s largest unbroken caldera for the most wonderful day of game viewing. The jewel in Ngorongoro's crown is a deep, volcanic crater, the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. About 20kms across, 600 meters deep and 300 sq km in area, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here.  We will have lunch at the designated picnic site at the side of the hippo pool and continue with a game drive as we drive up to Serengeti national park  for overnight.   • Day 5 Migration Viewing - Central Serengeti Np (Seronera)

      Migration Viewing - Central Serengeti Np (Seronera)

      After breakfast at the camp, we continue with the game drive and then proceed to Seronera, the central part of the park for full day game drives. Serengeti National Park.. the park is well known for its healthy stock of other resident wildlife, particularly the "big five", named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters: Lion: the Serengeti is believed to hold the largest population of lions in Africa due in part to the abundance of prey species. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem. African Leopard: these reclusive predators are commonly seen in the Seronera region but are present throughout the national park with the population at around 1,000. African Elephant.   • Day 6 Central Serengeti (Seronera) To South Ndutu Migration Area

      Central Serengeti (Seronera) To South Ndutu Migration Area

      Today we have early morning game drives and the late afternoon game drive at Ndutu area exploring The Lake Ndutu and surrounding areas. The great wildebeest migration, come here during month of December through the end of May. They calve in the plains in February, they gallop through the woodland and they swim across The Lake Ndutu. From June to November, the Ndutu plains are dry and the great Wildebeest Migration moves towards Moru Kopjes in Serengeti National Park. Accommodation: Kenzan Ndutu Tented Camp or similar

  • Day 7 Ndutu Area Migration Area

      Today we have early morning game drives and the late afternoon game drive at Ndutu area exploring The Lake Ndutu and surrounding areas. The great wildebeest migration, come here during month of December through the end of May. They calve in the plains in February, they gallop through the woodland and they swim across The Lake Ndutu.   • Day 8 Ndutu Migration Area

      Ndutu Migration Area

      We will resume wildebeest migration viewing after breakfast and back to the lodge in the evening. Explore the range of different habitats that include swamps, woodland, soda lakes and the world famous Serengeti short grass plains. See great herds of wildebeest and zebra. During a short time frame around February, normally lasting for about 3 weeks, the majority of the wildebeest calves. The sea of grass provides little cover and the young are easy pickings for a variety of predators. Wildebeest calves can run minutes after they are born and within 3 days they are normally strong enough to keep up with the herd. Accommodation: Kenzan Ndutu Tented Camp or similar

  • Day 9 Ndutu Area - Arusha Town - Jro Airport

      Ndutu Area - Arusha Town - Jro Airport

      After breakfast we explore the colourful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for some last minute pictures and curio shopping. Afterwards we head to Arusha where the tour end at airport connecting you with your international flight back home or continue with your holiday to Zanzibar.
