Local Sherpa Expedition Teams licensed English-speaking trekking guide.

Meals

Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trek. Fresh fruit every night after dinner.

Others

Manaslu Special permit and Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) (MCAP) entry permit & Tourist Information Management System (TIMS) permits. Medical supplies (first aid kit will be available). Government taxes and official expenses. Oximeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker. Down jacket and sleeping bag by Sherpa Expedition Teams (which need to be returned after the trek) Assistant guide group size above 6+ persons.

Transport

Airport Pick up and drop off by private car Shared Jeep to Sotikhola and regular bus back to Kathmandu from Besishar. Shared from Jeep Syange- Besishar. Guided city tour in Kathmandu valley by a private tourist vehicle

Accommodation

Standard twin-sharing accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu including breakfast ( 3 nights only) Guesthouse accommodation during the trek in mostly twin-share and occasionally dormitory-style rooms.

Meals whilst you are in Kathmandu Lunch and Dinner. Nepal entry visa fee (You can easily issue a visa on arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport โ€“ Kathmandu). $40 USD for 30 days visa. Your Trekking and medical insurance (compulsory). Your personal expenses. All the alcoholic and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks. Sightseeing/Monument entrance fees($30 USD per person) Tips for the guide, porter and driver (Tipping is expected). Laundry, telephone and personal trekking equipment. Hot shower and battery charging on the tea houses.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu (1,350M) & Transfer To Hotel.

      Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by a representative of the Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team. You will then be checked in to your hotel. You can either rest or explore around a popular tourist destination in Kathmandu, Thamel. From Thamel, you can do souvenir shopping and enjoy the authentic Nepali cuisine in one of the many restaurants. You will also be briefed about the Manaslu Circuit trek on this day.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Drive From Kathmandu To Sotikhola (7,10M) 7-8 Hours.

      Day 2: Drive From Kathmandu To Sotikhola (7,10M) 7-8 Hours.

      Today, the drives to Aarughat takes about 7-8 hrs from Kathmandu. The journey takes us through serpentine highways along the hills. The scenic drive involves various roadside villages before reaching Aarughat in Dhading. We continue to drive about 2 hours to Soti Khola via the Market. We stay overnight in SotiKhola at the teahouse.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Trek From Sotikhola To Machhakhola (8,70M) 5-6 Hours.

      Day 3: Trek From Sotikhola To Machhakhola (8,70M) 5-6 Hours.

      Leaving Soti Khola we will fallow the trail that passes through green Sal forests that climbs over the Budhi Gandaki River. The rocky path continues past waterfalls and rice terraces before reaching Labubesi village. We will stop for lunch here. After having Lunch the trek leads up a valley before descending to Gandaki river and across a suspension bridge to Machha Khola village. We stay overnight at Teahouse.
