      On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Oriental Journeys will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Youโ€™ll have rest of the day at leisure.  If you want to roam around Thamel, the tourist hub of the city,  you can visit Thamel during your free time.

      Day 2: Guided Sightseeing Tour Of Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa And Patan Durbar Square

      Today your Tour Guide will meet you in your hotel and takes you to the sightseeing places. In the evening,  drop to your hotel.

      • Patan Durbar Square: Located about 5 km south of Kathmandu, Patan is one of the three royal cities in the valley. This is famous for fine arts that are filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, ornate architecture, including dozens of  Hindu as well as Buddhist temples along with more than 1200 monuments. 
      • Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath, a pagoda-style Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is considered to be the powerhouse of Hindu spiritual power in religious terms. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple is 6 km from Kathmandu city.
      • Boudhnath Stupa: Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list, this enormous stupa where thousands of pilgrims gather daily to make a ritual circumnavigation of the dome, beneath the watchful eyes of the Buddha, which stare out from the gilded central tower.

      Day 3: Explore Other Treasure Of Kathmandu

      Today, you will be visiting the Garden of Dreams, Narayanhiti and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Garden of Dreams which is a quiet beautiful garden of the Royal family constructed around 1920 AD, is at a walking distance from Thamel. Just a few minuteโ€™s walks from Garden is the Narayanhiti Palace, the last palace of Kings of Nepal. It is being preserved as a Narayhiti Royal Palace Museum nowadays. From the palace, we walk through the ancient traditional marketplace of Ason up to Kathmandu Durbar Square. It is a 25 minutes walk observing the local people and the local market. Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three royal palaces in Kathmandu Valley and the royal residence of Kings of Nepal until the 19th century where important ceremonies, coronation of the Nepalese monarch used to take place. Finally walk to your hotel through the touristy areas with many shops for trekking gears, souvenirs and everything. We spend our last evening in Kathmandu enjoying farewell dinner together sharing photos recalling the excitements of trip, in one of the traditional Nepalese restaurant.

      In the morning, you will have free time to visit the shops around Thamel. A representative from Oriental Journeys will take you to Airport for your departure to the next destination.
