Here are some of the measures we are undertaking: - All of our tour guides have received complete vaccination to safeguard their health and that of our visitors. - Our tour guides will consistently wear masks throughout the tour and utilize gloves when handling sanitization procedures, taking temperatures, opening/closing doors, and providing hand sanitizer to guests. - Regular temperature checks will be conducted on our guides to monitor for fever; they will not work if they are unwell. Guides can return to work only after receiving a negative COVID-19 test result or remaining fever-free for 14 days following an illness. - Before departure, our tour guides will ensure thorough sanitization and wiping down of all surfaces inside the vehicle. - Our tour guides will utilize a non-contact thermometer to screen for elevated temperatures before guests enter the vehicle at their designated pickup location. Individuals with a fever or those traveling with others exhibiting a fever (temperature exceeding 100.4ยบF or 38.0ยบC) will not be permitted to enter the vehicle. - The vehicleโ€™s front seat will be off-limits to guests to ensure social distancing. - If a guest poses a risk to the health and safety of others, including refusal to wear a mask or adhere to social distancing guidelines, they will be removed from the tour without a refund. - Our tour guides will be solely responsible for opening and closing vehicle doors during the excursion to minimize contact. - Guests are required to wear masks throughout the tour, except in locations where masks are not mandatory. Guests are responsible for bringing their masks, and those without masks will not be allowed on tour, with no refund issued. Children under five or individuals with medical conditions exempted by CDC guidelines will be exempt from mask requirements. However, children aged five and above must wear face coverings. - Guests will be expected to refrain from physical contact with the guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, or other patrons while maintaining a minimum of 6 feet of social distancing. - At each stop, our tour guides will utilize sanitary wipes to disinfect commonly touched areas inside the vehicle when guests disembark. - Our tour guides will provide hand sanitizer or wipes for each customer upon re-entering the vehicle. - After each tour, all surfaces within the vehicle will be thoroughly sanitized and wiped down. - To ensure enhanced safety, we will limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 people. - Our leadership team remains vigilant in monitoring recommendations from reputable sources such as the CDC, WHO, and OHA and will implement best practices accordingly. - When making a reservation, we collect essential personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and home address. This information will be used to notify all other guests on a special tour if we receive notification that a participant has tested positive for COVID-19.
