Vic Falls, Chobe, And Okavango Delta 7 Days Tour

We commence on this tour of the Vic Falls, Chobe and Okavango Delta from Johannesburg and fly from the O R Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg to Vic Falls Airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest af the afternoon is at your own leisure to explore the area. Overnight at the Kingdom Hotel.

The Victoria Falls is in its 150 millionth fantastic year, truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell, the humbling feeling that this may indeed be nature’s supreme masterpiece. Nothing prepares one for your first sight of th e falls. On this guided tour, you will be accompanied through the rainforest by a qualified guide who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird and wildlife and other points of interest. We return to the hotel later or you can do our own exploring. Later this afternoon embark on a 2-hour Sundowner Cruise including finger snacks, beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks on the Zambezi River. The cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the river. You have the opportunity to see a variety of game including hippo, crocodile, elephant and sometimes even rhino, as well as many bird species. Overnight at the Kingdom Hotel.

After breakfast depart for a road transfer to Chobe National Park in Botswana, 100km west of Victoria Falls. The park is home to 450 species of birds and the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. You reach your lodge and check in. Late afternoon embark on an open vehicle or boat safari depending on the lodge. Return late evening for dinner and overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge.
