  • Day 1 Johannesburg

      On your arrival, youโ€™ll be met by our guide and be transferred to your hotel. 

  • Day 2 Johannesburg To Drakensberg Park
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Johannesburg To Drakensberg Park

      We will have a 5 am start in the morning to get to the Hot Air balloon ride. They will feed you breakfast and sip on champagne after balloon flight. Then we can go for a quick walk in the park for scenery and waterfall photos (time permitting), see Sterkspruit falls, extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced guides will take you through the beautiful mountain scenery. At 10.30 you have to be at the bird show for a show of birds of prey. It is spectacular and always a hit with all tourists. It is very educational. We will have a quick lunch at a local restaurant.

      You have then been indulged in a chocolate tasting. (Time permitting) Then back to the Lodge to relax, freshen up and then out to dinner at about 6pm at a local restaurant with a great outdoor area for nice photos and great view of the mountains for sunset. By then you are exhausted and will be transferred back to your Lodge for overnight.

  • Day 3 Drakensberg

      This morning will require another early morning, but not too bad. You will be transferred to Royal Natal in the Northern Berg and you will meet our highly experienced guide at the gates for Royal Natal at 8.30. He will take you for an early morning walk so you can get a nice view of the amphitheater mountain face of the berg. It will be nice and cool to walk then. He will decide on what walk to take you on. Either a long walk to Tugela Falls Gorge and then go visit the Tower of Pizza for lunch or a short walk at Royal Natal and activity at All-Out Adventures then lunch at The Tower of Pizza. then back to your lodge at the end of the day.

      Arrive in Johannesburg, have a full day at leisure and explore the city on your own.

  • Day 5 Johannesburg And Soweto Township

      Youโ€™ll be collected from your hotel and go explore the city of Johannesburg, the highlights include, The iconic Nelson Mandela Bridge - largest cable-stayed bridge in Southern Africa, Mary Fitzgerald Square, Newtown sites, Top of Africa - Carlton Centre 50th Floor. On this

      tour we will drive to Soweto โ€“ the city that was developed as a township for black people under the apartheid system, here the tour starts at a hostel, Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, Orlando Towers, Nelson Mandela Museum and Desmond Tutuโ€™s House โ€“ two noble peace prize winners from same street, The Hector Peterson Memorial site, stop at local restaurant for lunch.

  • Day 7 Johannesburg To Kruger National Park

      After being collected from your hotel, head east to the Mpumalanga region. After freshening up at your lodge enter the world-famous Kruger National Park and spend the afternoon game viewing. The park offers some of the best game viewing and wildlife opportunities in the world. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

      The day begins with an early morning coffee or tea, followed by a thrilling open vehicle game drive through Kruger National Park with a pre-packed breakfast. Your guide will endeavor to spoil you with sightings of the Big5, general game and prolific birdlife. Stop at the rest camp for break and lunch (own account). We will contine our journey once again through the magnificent expanses of the Kruger National Park. Return to the lodge, relax and enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

      After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Later this afternoon, youโ€™ll experience the other-worldly grandeur when you board a cruise boat for a sundowner cruise along the Zambezi River (Own Account), in search of hippo, crocodile, and elephant in their home environment.

      Travel by cable car to the top of Table Mountain (excludes cableway ticket fee & weather permitting) then descend and pass through Malay Quarter, city center and Company Gardens. Visit the Castle of Good Hope (time permitting) and Diamond Works. Travel to the Milnerton area and photograph Table Mountain from across Table Bay (time permitting). Hout Bay, ยฝhr Duiker Island boat trip (optional, for own account & time permitting), Chapmanโ€™s Peak (if open), Cape Point. Return to Cape Town via Penguins (optional, for own account), Simonโ€™s Town, Fish Hoek, Muizenberg, and Botanical Gardens.
