Yes, the itinerary can have the inverted order, however this does not affect the operation of the trip or the travelers, since it starts and ends at the agreed points and includes everything described in the itinerary. The experience does not include international or domestic flights, transfers to and from the airport, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals, drinks, tickets to museums and sites of interest, and transfers not described in the itinerary.
