      Breakfast. Optionally you can make a full day visit to the magnificent city of Istanbul knowing in the part historical to the Basilica of Santa Sofia, culmination of Byzantine art, and the pearl of Istanbul; we will also visit the famous Palace from Topkapi, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasure and holy relics. At noon we will enjoy a typical Lunch in a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and we will continue with the visit to the Blue Mosque, a prodigy of harmony, proportion and elegance; and the Hippodrome that preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Column Serpentine, the Fountain of Emperor William and the Egyptian Obelisk at the end of the afternoon we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar where we will enjoy free time to lose ourselves among its 4 thousand stores. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

We will visit the Gรถreme valley, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved out of the rock with beautiful frescoes. Next, we will visit the Avcilar Valley and the Pasabagi Valleys and GฯŒvercinlik where you can admire the best view of the volcanic forms called "fairy chimneys". We will visit the typical workshops of onix and turquoise carpets and stones. Dinner at the hotel and lodging.

Continuation to Acre, fortified city of the Crusaders, where the fortifications will be visited medieval. It continues towards Galilee. Accommodation in Galilee.
