      Bem-vindo in Brazil! After landing at Rio de Janeiro International Airport, you will be welcomed. During your hotel transfer in Copacabana you can get a first impression of the ancient capital of Brazil, which is wonderfully nestled between numerous hills and bays. From afar you can definitely take a look at the two landmarks of the city: the statue of Christ and the Sugarloaf Mountain. The rest of the day can be used as free time.

      If your flight arrives early in the morning, a tour can be arranged on the first day. To be booked in advance.


      NB: Check in of your room is scheduled for 2.00 pm so if your flight arrives earlier than this time, you can choose to leave your luggage at reception to use the common area of the hotel, or request to book the night in plus to guarantee you entry into your room before 2pm.

      After breakfast a guide will pick you up at the hotel and lead you to discover the city. You will experience โ€œUm dia no Rioโ€. You will discover the main places of interest in Rio de Janeiro. We will visit Christ the Redeemer, a true symbol of all of Brazil, which stands on the top of Corcovado at 710 meters. With its total height of 38 meters tall, it is the third largest statue in the world, it is part of the list of the 7 wonders of the modern world and is, together with the surrounding landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.


      Today you will be picked up by our guide to visit one of the largest stadiums in the world.

      This is the Maracana, one of the most famous and well-known. You will be able to enter the stadium after visiting an official shop of Flamengo and Fluminense, the two main teams in Rio, where it will be possible if you want to purchase a t-shirt or a football gadget... for the most passionate, a Pelรฉ-branded Brazil t-shirt. Inside the stadium we will then visit the Football Museum where you will have the opportunity to take penalties inside the stadium itself!


      You will pass by the arches of Lapa, the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Sebastiano. You will climb the famous Selaron staircase, one of the most loved attractions in Rio, designed by the Chilean artist Jorge Selarรฒn, linking the nightlife district, Lapa, and the artistic district, Santa Teresa. You will climb the Sugar Loaf, icon of Rio and Brazil like Christ the Redeemer, which rises up to 396 m, from whose top you will enjoy the landscape. You will also visit the Sambadrome, to savor the atmosphere of the Carioca carnival. During the day you will take a lunch break, (lunch at buffet included). Iโ€™m going back to the hotel. Free dinner and overnight stay.
