      Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at the airport, you will find your professional tour guide and driver waiting for you outside the baggage claim area. After a warm greeting, you will be escorted to the downtown hotel. The rest of the day will be free for you.       In the morning, we will head to Cu Chi Tunnels in the suburb area by a private car. Cu Chi Tunnels are a large underground network built by Viet Cong and after entering the tunnels, you will find out how hard the Viet Cong soldiers was during the Vietnam War.  After that, we will drive back to the downtown area to have lunch and visit the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace. These sites always remind people the cruelty of war and the value of peace. Then your guide will accompany you to stroll around the local famous Ben Thanh Market and Dong Khoi Street to feel more about the local life in Vietnam. For your last stop today, you will come to the Central Post Office, one of the landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City.       Every morning at 06:00, there will be an invigorating Tai Chi class on the sundeck. After class, you could enjoy the sumptuous buffet breakfast. Then, the cruise guide will take you to explore the Cai Be floating market, where local people trade goods by boat. With the explanation of your guide, you will know the characteristics of this enduring marketing culture. En route, you will also get on-shore to visit some workshops to learn about how rice paper and coconut candies are made. Afterwards, get back to the cruise to enjoy today's lunch. Then you will have some free time to enjoy a true Vietnamese coffee at the bar or simply enjoy the riverbanks views. In the afternoon, when reaching Sa Dec, you will embark on a traditional sampan and head to Binh Thanh Island. Both places show the tragic and brutal history of the Khmer Rouge, which ruled the country with terror and repression  Then, accompanied by your guide, you will see the pretty and well-decorated Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, which is known for the location at the confluence of the Mekong River, Tonle Lake and Bassa River. Afterwards, proceed to visit the National Museum, which houses about 15,000 items spanning different periods of history. The day trip will end with a "cyclo" ride back to the cruise through the bustling streets of downtown. Tonight, you will enjoy a barbecue dinner with an Apsara dance performance. The first one is Wat Hanchey, which is a small pre-Angkorian temple located on a hilltop beside the Mekong River with breathtaking views. The other one is the colorful monastery of Wat Nokor. Inside this ancient capital, your guide will lead you to visit the Bayon Temple, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King and tell you the historical stories about the Khmer culture. In addition, you will also find the famous "Khmer Smile". After leaving Angkor Thom from the North Gate, you will be led to visit the Preah Khan as well as the nearby Neak Pean. Then return back to the hotel to have breakfast today.  After breakfast, your guide will take you to walk into Angkor Wat, the representative of Khmer architecture as well as the world's largest religious structure.
