Hiking is a great way to explore a place… you get the real feel of the people, culture and nature. When on foot you might come across a local farmer who will show you his olive trees, smell the fresh herbs growing, such as sage or oregano and get spectacular sea views that are not accessible any other way. Hiking Rhodes isn’t just about marching up a mountain and exhausting your legs in the mainland. It’s a way to immerse yourself in the island.

Rhodes is ideal for day walks. You can hike anywhere you like on the island for a couple of hours, have something to drink or get your meal in a traditional village tavern and get back to your hotel still fresh and happy.
