Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

Today you will be starting a day after breakfast in a guided tour visiting the ancient historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu. Explore the four main attractions of Kathmandu Valley enlisted in UNESCO world heritage sites. Begins the trip making its way to Kathmandu Durbar Square; the heart of Kathmandu with dozens of religious temples. Look at the incredible creation of architecture carved in palaces, and art on wooden doors and windows. There are many religious sites to be explored such as Kal Bhairav temple, Ashok Binayak temple, Shova Bhagwati, Mahadev-Parbati temple and also the Kumari Ghar - home to the living goddess. Next visit Pashupatinath temple, a sacred religious temple’s most important Hindu shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva situated on the banks of Bagmati river. And then to Swayambhunath stupa, an oldest stupa of Nepal and also popularly known as Monkey temple. The monastery, statues and Harati temples are some other attraction of this place. Last destination of the day will be Boudhanath stupa, the largest stupa in the world where the Tibetan people preserved this cultural heritage site without disgraceful its artistic value. Day 4 Pokhara Sightseeing Tour

Early in the morning head to Sarangkot to witness the glistening sunrise over the Himalayas. In this way, your beautiful day starts. From there get to see the palpable view of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre and many others. Then back to Pokhara for the exploration of the major attraction in the city. The first place visits to Lake Phewa, the main tourist attraction of the Pokhara where you will get a chance to enjoy the boat ride before reaching Barahi temple. Enjoy the glittering water overshadowed by the views of the Annapurna ranges. Next to David’s fall, a majestic waterfall comes with the flow. Then, head to the International mountain museum, for getting some knowledge about their lives and the history of mountaineering. Visit Gupteshwor cave, one of the ancient cave in Pokhara. Exploration Day In Chitwan National Park

The day is set for the exploration of Chitwan National Park, the first national park of Nepal. First of all, enjoy an elephant safari through dense forests to see all the wildlife and the different species of birds on its natural turf. Spot one-horn rhinoceros, leopard, tiger, sloth bear, wild bison, 500 species of bird, colorful butterflies and many other wildlife during the elephant safari. Then head to Rapti River to take a bath with an elephant. After that, drive through the jungles followed by a canoe ride down the Rapti River. While canoeing, get so close with the crocodile and other freshwater animals. The full days in Chitwan end and return back to the hotel overnight.

Next, walk in the sacred garden and visit the Ashoka pillar and Mayadevi temple then on to the Puskerni pond, which is believed that she used to bath before giving birth to Lord Buddha.
