      Leave Mexico City and after a little more than an hour and a half on the highway, you arrive in Zempoala, a town in the State of Hidalgo, considered Pueblo Magico, famous for its archaeological zone, its Aqueduct, and its pulque haciendas. 

      Get ready to start pedaling from the center of town to the Hacienda de Xala, located approximately 21 kilometers away.
