Day 1 Hanoi

Arrival Hanoi - city tour (D): Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), you will be warmly welcomed by the tour guide and transferred to check in Apricot hotel. After a short rest, you will visit Hoan Kiem Lake. The Tortoise Tower (Thap Rua) standing on a small island near the center of the lake is linked to the legend. Then, visit the Ngoc Son Temple and The Huc Bridge. The temple was erected in the 18th century. Then enjoy a one-hour Cyclo Ride to explore the capital city through 36 old Quarter. Enjoy Water Puppet Show - a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Dinner at Sen restaurant and back to the hotel.
Day 2 Hoa Binh

After practicing Yoga and breakfast and check out of the hotel, you will be transferred to Mai Chau Avana Retreat via a breathtaking mountain pass. You will enjoy the panoramic view of the whole valley along the way. Lunch at local rest. After lunch, treking tour unveils the beautiful marriage of Mai Chau’s architecture and landscape at a relaxed pace. A short transfer brings us to a collection of fabulous Thai villages, one of which, Sam Pa, acts as the peaceful starting point of our hike across Pu Poc Mountain. The trail here is suitable for everyone andis peppered with views of rice terraces, traditional villages and shaded jungle along its side. Eventually, our hike leads us to local village, where we can talk with the locals to learn more about their history of cassava and corn farming. Dinner at Resort.
Day 3 Hoa Binh

Mai Chau Avana Retreat - Yoga class(B/L/D): Wake up with the first light of sunrise to practice Yoga under the expert guidance of a Vietnamese Yoga Master. Unravel the mysteries of age-old art and learn about the science of Yoga - the perfect path to achieve a balance between the mind and body. Discover shimmering plains in the north of Mai Chau with this fabulous boating tour, visiting two ancient and revered bodies of water. We start with a car transfer to the village of Suoi Lon and a mild hike through its undulating outskirts. Our reward is the spectacular waterfall of Go Lao, a pristine cascade of silver water where the adventurous can take a dip. The tour finishes with an hour-long boat cruise across the beauty-flanked HoaBinh Lake, where the humble routines of fishermen at their fishing farms is evident for all to see. Back to resort and dinner.
Day 4 Hoa Lu

Mai Chau - Yoga Class - Local Village – Ninh Binh (B/L/D): Wake up early for the yoga exercise. After breakfast and check out , you will get closer to the village life and interact with local people. Then you will return to Ninh Binh. After lunch at local restaurant, departing for explore the complex of caves, limestone mountains, and rice fields by boat. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Check-in at Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh.
Day 5 Halong Bay

Ninh Bình - Halong Bay - Overnight Cruise (B/L/D): After breakfast. Joining a Yoga class. Head to Halong Bay, a Natural World Heritage designated by UNESCO since 1994 and 2006, and check in bhaya Cruise. enjoy welcome drinks and cruise briefing, enjoy lunch while cruising to magnificent Ha Long Bay, admire the fascinating formations on the way, Hang Luon cave excursion on bamboo rowing boats/kayaks. Swimming at Ti Top beach, after you will have a sunset cocktail party & cooking class. Savour a delicious seafood BBQ dinner in dining room. Night time squid fishing and happy hours. Free of mind with sweet dreams.
Day 6 Hanoi

Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/Br/D): Enjoy sunrise on the Bay. Morning Yoga class on sundeck. Light breakfast: coffee, tea and pastries served in restaurant. Exploring Sung Sot cave excursion. Check-out of cabins. Start cruising towards the port. International buffet brunch. Disembark cruise. Back to Hanoi at midday. Arrive in the city around 3-4 p.m. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7 Hanoi

Hanoi – Yoga class – Departure flight (B): You will need to wake up early for your yoga exercise following the instruction of the local master (Vietnamese master). After breakfast, you will enjoy a relaxing morning in the capital city. Check-out from the hotel will be at noon time then you will be transferred to the airport. End of tour.
