      Our tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel. You will be greeted by our friendly local guides and then introduced to the safe way of riding on the back of the bike during your tour. After a quick briefing, we will start heading out for delicious food tasting adventures The first stop is the famous White Rose Dumplings Restaurant where you will try the unique dumplings in Hoi An. Next stop we will go through a small alley and stop at a local business house that you could not find by yourself and see how real Vietnamese life looks like. Here, we will discover a Hoi An Beef Noodles Soups ( Bun Bo) โ€“ a popular dish of Hoi An people. You will have a chance to talk and take photos with the owners. Afterwards, itโ€˜s time to relax your stomach. We will enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee in local style then our local guide will bring you to the Tra Que Vegetable Village in Hoi An where have more than 220 farmers are growing 20 veggies and herbs . And you will see farmers working the rice paddies with the sunset reflecting off their hats. Then we will have chance to visit the Banh My Madam Queen, one of the best sandwiches in Vietnam. After stopping at the rice fields we will continue our trip and try Banh Khot- a round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg and vegetables at a famous street vendor near Hoai square. Next, you will take the food challenge- Balut- One of the Top 10 weird foods in the world. Egg no more, duck not yet. It is not because of the taste but because of its appearance.       At 5:30 PM, your personal English-speaking tour guide will be waiting at your hotel lobby to meet and greet. We will do a quick instruction on how to drive safely and what you need to do in the back of our scooters. And hang on tight, let's the journey begin!!! We will go with the flow of traffic during the rush hour but we guarantee it's not a big problem since we are good drivers. After 20 - 25 minutes, we will be completely outside of those tourist destinations and be at real local vendors, where you have a chance to try Vietnamese noodles, pancakes while learning about the history and also the special significance of each dish. At this point, you will probably be quite full, so let's take a short sightseeing, zip around the city, feel the cool of the weather, take a look at our amazing nightlife and slowly fall in love with Ho Chi Minh city. Feel relax yet? Here comes the traditional Street BBQ in Vietnamese style. What can be more authentic with a mini oven on the table and grill different types of meat and eat it instantly? Ooh, did i mention about local frozen beer, it's a perfect place to have a drink for sure. Are you full now, cause we still got our last stop for the dessert. Let's try some Vietnamese sweet desserts that will leave a great taste and impression about our cuisine. After closing the tour, we will drive you back to your hotel around 10:00 PM, wish you all the best and hopefully we have a chance to see you again.       In the morning, the boat will cruise along the Ham Luong River (a branch of the Mekong) and stop off at various local workplaces to give you a picture of how the local economy works, including brickwork - where bricks are still painstakingly made by hand; a coconut processing workshop - where you can sample fresh coconut and see how every single part of this versatile nut is turned into food and other products; and a mat weaving house - where straw mats are woven using a handloom โ€“ you can even have a go at weaving yourself! The boat will then stop at a quiet village where you can have a short walk to experience real Delta village life, before boarding your 'xe loi' (a kind of motorized rickshaw) and traveling into the forest where you can visit fruit orchards before stopping at a riverside restaurant for a delicious and filling lunch, featuring such local specialties as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp, washed down with some cold drinks or beers.
