      Your Vietnam adventure begins with your arrival in Hanoi. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, holding a signboard with your name. He will escort you to your accommodation right in the heart of the city, with the fascinating Old Quarter at your fingertips. You can easily explore the city at your own pace or relax at the hotel after the flight. Overnight in Hanoi.

      Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam that combines the old and the new and keeps the true Asian charm. Today you will join the tour to explore the most significant landmarks of this city The tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby between 8:00 and 8:30 am (we will send you the exact time the day before the tour). Start your tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minhโ€™s house on stilts, where he lived and worked. Here you will also visit the One Pillar Pagoda. This pagoda with the shape of a lotus constructed in 1049 has become one of the symbols of Hanoi.   Continue your sightseeing with Taoist Quan Thanh Temple and one of Vietnam's oldest Buddhist temples Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on scenic West lake. You will get a deeper understanding of the traditional culture and religions of Vietnam.  Enjoy the delicious lunch and visit the Ethnology Museum to know more about various ethnic groups living in Vietnam. Then you will visit the Temple of Literature and Vietnam's first university constructed in 1070. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the beautiful gardens and admire the well-preserved architecture of the complex. We will finish our tour at Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son temple, famous for the legend of the restored sword. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Notes: Tour duration: 7 hours On Monday and Friday mornings Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ethnic museums are closed. They will be replaced with a visit to Bat Trang pottery village.

      Get up early to get ready for your trip, if it is too early to have breakfast, please let me know and we will ask the hotel to arrange a take-away breakfast for you. The bus will pick you up around 6:30 am (we will send you the exact time the day before the tour) and take you for a 6,5 hours journey to Sapa.  Upon arrival, the tour guide will meet you and take you to the hotel to check in and have lunch. After some rest, around 14:30 you will start a short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village, home to Black Hmong ethnic people. You will be fascinated by the view of this pretty village located at the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Your guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, and take you down to the valley bottom to see the waterfall and the Hydraulic Power Station built by the French during the colonial time. Stop to take amazing photos of the bridge and waterfall before walking uphill, where the bus will wait for you to transfer back to Sapa town.       Get up early and have breakfast at the hotel. Around 9:30 am, you will start your trek to Y Linh Ho village. From here, you will continue your walk through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Enjoy the picnic lunch in Lao Chai and head to Ta Van village - home of the Dzay ethnic people. After exploring this village we will pick you up and take you back to your hotel in Sapa to have a quick shower and get ready for your trip back to Hanoi (departure time is around 16:00). You will arrive at Hanoi around 21:30.  Overnight in Hanoi Meals: Breakfast, Lunch NOTES Trekking distance 12 km Tour duration 4.5 hours  Level of difficulty: moderate

      Ninh Binh is well known for its magical landscapes of limestone mountains rising from the paddies, fascinating history, and tranquil atmosphere.  The tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby between 7:30 and 8:00 am (we will send you the exact time the day before the tour). Then hop on the shuttle bus and enjoy the 100 km drive to Hoa Lu, which used to be the ancient capital of Vietnam. Immerse yourself in the history while listening to your guide and admire the remaining temples honoring the first emperors of Vietnam: King Dinh and King Le, built in the 17th century. Around 11:30 am, you will arrive at your next stop in Tam Coc, where you will enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch before getting on the rowing boat trip along the river. Explore the beauty of Tam Coc and Bich Dong. Within 1.5 hour's trip, you will visit three Tam Coc caves: Hang Ca (the first grotto), Hang Hai (the second grotto), and Hang Ba (the third grotto). Feel the special magic atmosphere while you are floating through the cave. Now it is time for getting to the Mua Cave and climbing to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with a specious view of nature.  Then hop on the shuttle bus and return to Hanoi. The approximate arrival time is 19:30. Overnight in Hanoi Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

  • Day 6 Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D) (Shared Cruise)

      You will arrive in Hanoi early in the morning, we will take you to the hotel to have shower and breakfast and have some rest before departing to Halong Bay.  Halong Bay is a natural wonder of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site, and once you arrive there, you will understand why. Get ready to be amazed by the world's most breathtaking views, and have a relaxing time on the cruise, enjoying the exciting activities we have prepared for you. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and leave Hanoi for Halong Bay. The cruise team will meet you at the hotel lobby between 8:00-9:00 am (we will confirm the exact time the day before the tour). Arrive at the jetty around noon and take a boat to the cruise. After a welcome onboard and check-in, lunch will be served while the cruise is making its way through the hundreds of islets. In the afternoon, enjoy some activities such as swimming and kayaking or visiting caves (depending on each boatโ€™s itinerary), or just spend relaxing time on board. Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night in a beautiful place, so don't miss the sunset before having dinner. Then head off to visit the limestone cave full of stalagmites and stalactites. After your exploration return to the boat to check out and enjoy the brunch while the cruise is sailing back to the harbor. Later you will be transferred to your accommodation in Hanoi.  Overnight in Hanoi. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
