Your trip begins with your arrival in Vietnam. Your private driver will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be escorted to the hotel by private transportation. Check in to the hotel and get over the jet lag. The remaining part of the day is at leisure. So, enjoy as all of you want to. You can mooch through the streets of the city. Historic charm, architectural marvels, and various products are splashed all over this area. After enjoying the first day by yourself and return to the hotel for a relaxing sleep. Overnight in Hanoi.

Duration: 01 day Location: Moc village, Ba Vi district, Hanoi (About 68km from central Hanoi city, about 1.5 hours by car) Highlight: Harvesting tea leaves on a traditional, 30-year-old Tea Plantation Cooking with a friendly local host Visiting local workshops in the village Cycling across the rice field and villages Traditional Foot Soak with herbs following the traditional recipes of Muong ethnic minority 08:00 – Private guide and car pick you up at your hotel/residence. 09:30 – Arrive to Ri village where you will start the trip at your host’s house with a welcome drink. Meet Duoc (Mr.) – a Vietnam War veteran and tea-farm owner who tells historical stories with his own experience. 10:00 – Follow Duoc to his vast tea-farm and learn how to harvest tea leaves. This is a green and peaceful place where you can enjoy beautiful scenery of the village. You may then help him pick tea leaves, and be shown how to collect the best part of the tea tree to make the most wonderful beverage of Vietnam – the traditional tea. Carry on with the process of producing tea at his small workshop, most of the works there are manual. 11:15 – Have a ten-minute drive to visit another host family in Moc village where you will enjoy a fun cooking class with Chin (Mrs.). She will show you how to cook some Vietnamese dishes and you will then enjoy lunch with food you helped cook. 13:30 – Stroll around the village and visit some local families to understand rural lifestyle and learn how tofu, conical hat and other local products are made. 14:45 – Enjoy a cycling trip through beautiful paddy fields and interact with local farmers by chance. 15:30 – Wrap up your countryside tour by a traditional foot bathing in warm water with herbs, following the traditional recipes of Muong ethnic minority. This will relay you (and your feet!) after cycling around the village. 16:00 – Drive back to your hotel/residence in Hanoi.

08:15 – 08:45: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break halfway. 11:45 – 12:00: Arriving at Tuan Chau marina. 12:45 – 13:00: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, and crew in the cruise briefing, and safety instructions. 13:00 – 13:15: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit. 16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay. 17:30 Back to Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit. 19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. 06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck. 06:30: Light breakfast, coffee, and tea served. 08:00: Transfer to day boat to visit Viet Hai village. You will take a bicycle trip along the village path and go through rainforests and dark tunnels. Enjoy the stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, and bamboo...you will have a chance to see the local life in a valley of local people. 12:30: Back to day boat for visiting Lan Ha Bay. Lunch served on day boat. 13:30: Visit Lan Ha Bay, free kayaking to discover bay by yourself and swimming in the blue water. Taking part in a cooking class is not only a fun activity but also offers great insight into the local culinary culture. In addition to learning awesome recipes, you get to make delicious food and memories to last a lifetime. Specially, we offer you a cooking class with the local villager to see the real Vietnam. This morning you will be met at your hotel’s lobby by our local host who will lead you to the local market where not many tourists know. The best way to see the real culture is to ride a bicycle with our local host, so please be ready for this. Our local host will take you around and explain to you a lot of kinds of cooking spice and how Vietnamese cooks our healthy meal. Arriving to the local family, you will enjoy the basket boat around the water palm garden in front of the house just for fun before you do the hand-on cooking with our local chef. For our Vietnamese cooking, you will learn how to make green papaya salad, Hoian spring rolls, and Hoian special pancake, fish in the clay-pot or chicken with lemon grass. Kickstart your day with a hearty breakfast and a trip to Mekong Delta follows, depart for My Tho, the town that lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around the country lane and see orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and folk song music which is performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
