In the morning : Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel ( the time is flexible from 8a.m to 12a.m).
Head off with your motorbike driver/guide on a 4-hour tour of Hanoi. Stop at the historic Opera House, and then take a short walk on the campus of Vietnamโs first university โ the Temple of Literature. Dating from the 10th century, it was built during the Ly Dynasty.
Continue to Ho Chi Minh Complex, an important place for many Vietnamese pilgrims. A traffic-free area of botanical gardens, monuments, memorials and pagodas. Stop outside the Ba Dinh Square and take a look outside the mausoleum, then continue to explore the One Pillar Pagoda.
Head to Hanoiโs 36 Old Streets and stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant. Taste a variety of dishes at an eatery thatโs a local favorite. Enjoy cold local beer, soft drinks, or tea or coffee. Spend some time shopping before heading back to your hotel.

Hanoi walking street food tour
Take a 3-hour guided walk through Hanoiโs old quarter with a local guide. Get an insight into the traditions of Vietnamโs food culture.
Stop at a local restaurant to try banh cuon (filled rice noodles) and watch as skilled chefs demonstrate how this tasty dish is created. Next, enjoy pho (noodle soup), which is Vietnamโs most famous dish. Try both the beef and chicken versions.
Other food specialties youโll sample include crab rolls, pillow cakes, fried rice balls, and fresh rolls โ served with a dish of raw vegetables and a special sauce.
Visit a hidden street food restaurant to taste banh my (a Vietnamese sandwich) and the famous Vietnamese egg coffee.
