Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy โ€“ It is the most unique padoga in the world 11h00: Visit one of these ๏ƒ˜ Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam  (Tuesdays โ€“ Thursdays โ€“ Saturdays & Sundays) ๏ƒ˜ Bat Trang ceramiฬc village to explore the daily life of the local & learn about the process how to make a perfect product  (Mondays โ€“ Wednesdays  โ€“ Fridays) 12h30: Have lunch at our restaurant.       06h30: Free pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and transfer to Sapa. 07:00: Get on big bus and depart for Sapa ,following Noi Bai - Lao Cai - sapa by the high-way. Along the way, you will have chance to contemplate the beauty of northwest mountains that terraced fields are sparkling in sunlight or dim in thick fog. Have a short break for 30 minutes then continue the trip to Sapa. 12:30: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. The tour guide will be waiting for you at No.3 Fansipan Street (where the bus stop), He is holding the sign with "Your Name" to welcome you. Then, please follow him to come to our office in sapa and Welcome drink and itinerary briefing. Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures 14h00:  You will begin yours 12 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward Lao Chai village of Black Hโ€™mong ethnic people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo... We will visit the biggest valley which provides the best view for golden rice terrace fields. After Lao Chai we walk to Ta Van village of Giay people. It is a small group of ethnic people with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields.  Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages, about 8 km from Sapa town, where black Hโ€™mong and Dzay people are living, it is also the beginning of the valley which is called Muong Hoa. From a high point of the main road, great view of the whole villages open wide to offer the marvelous panorama views, backed by high mountains and facing the river. Here you will enjoy the fresh air, see terraced fields and stream, discover and visit some of Black Hโ€™mong families. You will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there.       We take you 5 km by car or jeep from hotel in sapa to Ma Tra village, before taking a trail along local paths and through rice fields to the Black H'mong Village of Ma Tra. During the day, you will also be able to visit a local school. After lunch, we continue walking through beautiful scenery to the Red Dao village of Ta Phin. There is plenty of time to walk around the village and soak up the atmosphere. You will enjoy walking among local people. The trip also offers you the opportunity to visit some local houses and the local caves.  Ta Phin Village now is also a famous destination for trekking tours. Whether the tourists choose to stay overnight in the village or just visit for a day, the locals will be happy to organize a tour for them through the village. The tourists may meet locals working in the field, see traditional houses, visit caves and have medicine bath complex or go for a long walk through the rice paddies and mountain views. A common sight in the village is to see the woman and the girls sitting together, gossiping and laughing, head down focused on a piece of indigo coloured cloth. They make their embroidery and brocade products that are sold and traded amongst the villages and visitors. The locals are friendly and will invite the tourists to go to their homes to show how they live and what they have. 14:00: Our bus will take you from Taphin village to Sapa.  16:00: Itโ€˜s time to say โ€œGood bye Sapa!โ€ and get back to Hanoi.  21:30: Arrive in Hanoi. We start the Hue city tour- private tour full day by taking a private dragon boat to go along the Perfume river to visit the 400-year-old pagoda, Thien Mu pagoda from 1601. As you know, it is not only a pagoda but also a UNESCO World heritage. There are many stories and myths about pagoda from the locals in Kim Long village. Hue City: Hue Imperial Citadel was the old capital city in Viet Nam which also was the center of culture and education in the 19th Century of the Nguyen Dynasty. It is a complex of the Citadel, Royal city, and Forbidden city- the working and residence of 13 emperors, concubines as well as eunuchs. In the afternoon: Having lunch at a local food restaurant. After lunch, we will continue the Hue city tour 1 day by visiting the tomb of the second emperor of the Nguyen dynasty, Minh Mang emperor. Moreover, it is such a very nice and meaningful tomb with a lot of stuff. Because they were pre-prepared while he was still alive, only for the after-life of the Emperor. Khai Dinh Tomb: It has as known as the most expensive and beautiful tomb in the tomb system of the Nguyen dynasty and over the World. Therefore nowadays, it is one of the new heritages in the world. Morning pick up from the hotel to drive 40 km southwest of Hoi An for a half day trip to visit the capital and religious centre of the former Champa Kingdom, My Son, that has been designated by UNESCO as World Heritage site. Dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries are spread in a lush green valley. Drive back to Hoi An for lunch. Afternoon walking tour of Hoi An to discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoi An colourful local market, Tan Ky old house, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400- year-old Japanese covered bridge. Travelers can also see local residents raise silkworms and produce silk for Hoi An's burgeoning textile industry. Dinner by own account

      Visit the Hoi An colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. Most of the classes we run at the Kumquat BBQ Restaurant & Cooking Class are hands-on, allowing you full involvement in the cooking process. The lessons run for 3 hours. We try to create a very social, friendly environment in our classes and everyone cooks as part of a team. Class begins with an introduction from the chefs, who will then demonstrate and explain the recipes. Working in groups, hands-on the class you will prepare & cook 4 dishes (see from menu ). During this time the chefs are continually on hand to answer questions and assist you. At the end of the class everyone sits down to enjoy what they have made. Recipes from the class will be made available to you so you can recreate them at home. Continue with a riding on a horse-cart and continue with a sampan cruise along My Tho canals to a stilt restaurant on Turtle Island. Enjoy lunch and back to Saigon late in the afternoon. Free time.       Breakfast at hotel: Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.  Overnight in Siem Reap.

It was loosely translated to citadel of the woman, but it is a modern appellation that probably refers to the delicate beauty of the carvings. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive reliefโ€™s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Lunch at local restaurant Visit Preah Khan temple, built by King Jayavarman VII dedicated to his father. It is a huge, highly exportable monastic complex, and served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Continue to Neak Pean, a small island temple located in the middle of the last Baray, constructed by a Khmer king in the Angkor area. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap

      An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (ubiquitous sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the procession. From there, we will take a short visit to the morning local market near the Royal Palace. At the market, you can find anything from rice, to fresh vegetables, to steamed fish, frogs, and anything else that might be the dayโ€™s catch, just set up on the ground, this is what the locals do every day. This is really the chance for you to get a real flavor of the local culture. Today, you will first visit the Traditional Art and Ethnology Center to learn about Laosโ€™ many ethnic cultures. Afterwards, we will visit magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture.  We then embark on the a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims.  Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine.  On arrival back in the city, we visit Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. From there, we will transfer to visit Wat Siphouthabaht to admire the sunset; this is the really peaceful place to catch the last beauty of the day. The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely collection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.       ABF, your car and guide will take you to Elephant Village. On arrival at the camp, you can stroll around to make friends with some very big elephants before enjoying the elephant riding in about 30 minute to the nearby jungle.  We then transfer to Kuang Si Waterfalls where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. Along the way, we take a short visit to the tomb of the 19th century French explorer Henri Mouhot; the first European to rediscover Angkor Wat and to visit the Royal Kingdom of Luang Prabang. Before coming back to Luang Prabang, we stop to visit the Kuang Si Falls Butterfly Park, one of the must-visit spots, newly opened on January 2014. We will also stop to visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, Khmu villages. Arriving in Luang Prabang, we transfer to Wat Siphouthabath to admire the sunset. Overnight in Luang Prabang
