You can book additional nights at the accommodations mentioned in itinerary on your arrival, and you can ask your guide for suggestions on where to book additional nights in Toronto.

It depends on where you want to buy your food, you can find options from $3 CAD (packaged ramen) to $25 CAD (restaurant). We suggest buying your supplies at groceries, this costs around $15 CAD per day.

The voltage is 120 V; you don't need an adaptor or converter if your devices are from Mexico.

You may charge them at the hostels, but we suggest bringing extra batteries or portable batteries to charge your devices at any moment.

You can arrive anytime during the day - the tour representative intros the travelers to the guide so you can arrange a time to meet the group when back from a day-trip. We just recommend arriving before 6pm.

You arrive at Toronto in the early afternoon.

You don't have to be a marathon runner, professional rock climber, wilderness expert or anything of that sort. If you have general fitness you'll great time. Our trips are flexible and provide variety.

Yes, it should cover medical bills, flight delays, trip cancellation, etc.

As a general rule, bring clothing that can be layered. For hikes and other active activities avoid wearing cotton (it absorbs water, get’s heavy and keeps you cold). Don't forget to bring a rain jacket. There are some things you might need to bring such as torch/headlamp. Depending on the season/trip, there are a few occasions that you will require a sleeping bag. For trips that require it we will advise you in your welcome email.

We HIGHLY recommend bringing backpack style luggage, because it is easier to carry and more flexible. You will be able to get by with a suitcase if preferred, but it will not be ideal at times - especially camping situations.

If you are Mexican, since December 2016 you do not need a visa to enter Canada as a tourist. However, you must process an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). If you have already processed visa and it is still valid, you can use it until it expires.

You will have wifi at some hostels, some places charge a few $ for the password. The phone coverage is usually good in the cities. However, you might not get good coverage during the hikes in national parks or at campsites and there is no wifi there.

The check in is usually after 2 or 3 pm, this may vary from one place to another. If you get there before this schedule, we suggest leaving your luggage at reception and walking around the area until your room is ready. Check out is usually at 12 pm, but this also may vary from one place to another. We suggest asking for this information on arrival at the accommodation. It is important to follow this schedule; otherwise, additional charges may apply (to be paid on destination, not included).
