From Dushanbe International airport our driver with a car will pick up you than you will drive to Hissar Fortress used to be a palace of one of Bukhara Emirate becks. The fortress with 1 m walls and loopholes for guns and cannons towered on a high hill's slope and was carefully guarded. Inside there was a pool and a garden. Across from the fortress there was a noisy market square with a caravanserai and a variety of shops. Hissar Fortress and the town had been settled from VI BC to mid of XIX. Day 7: From Vahdat to Dushanbe

Central town of Vahdat – sanatorium “Tundikul”
Vahdat – one the largest region of Tajikistan and the administrative center of the city of Vahdat is located 20 km. east of the capital city (Dushanbe). Vahdat formed on September 17, 1927 as the Yangi-Bazarsky area and is one of the developed and prosperous regions of Tajikistan where you can successfully enter the business, including in the areas of agriculture, trade, construction and processing of fruits and vegetables, animal husbandry, and so on. Reserve is reached by taking the main road east to Vahdat (Kafirnihan), a small post-industrial town. Tundikul— health resort at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level.
