  • Day 1 Arrival In Muscat - Half-Day Visit Of Muscat

      Arrival In Muscat - Half-Day Visit Of Muscat

      Early morning arrival at the International Airport of Muscat, where you will be welcomed by your guide. Meet and greet with the guide and starting of the tour. The first stop to discover the Capital will be the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the most impressive architectural gems in the Middle East that stands out for its magnificent decorations and lush gardens. Leaving this enchanting place of worship, you will continue towards Muttrah and visit the typical fish market, followed by Bait Al Zubair Museum. Enriched with new notions about Oman, you will resume your journey and after a brief photo stop at the Royal Al Alam Palace, flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Jalali and Mirani, you will reach the splendid Corniche. Here you can take a break on the waterfront overlooking the Mina Al Sultan Qaboos Port and test your negotiating skills in the labyrinthine Souq, one of the most fascinating in the Gulf thanks to its characteristic wooden roofs. You will have time to negotiate the price of incense nuggets, traditional daggers (khanjar) and local goldsmith products. From the souq you will be driven to the hotel. Relax and overnight in Muscat.

  • Day 2 Muscat - Sinkhole - Wadi Shab - Wahiba Sand Desert

      Pick up 8.30 AM & You will depart from Muscat to travel south towards the Al Sharqiyah Region. After travelling just a few kilometers you will find yourselves absorbed in an almost lunar world where unreal mountains dominate the view. You will continue to the mountainous landscape arriving at the dramatic Bimmah Sinkhole. Time for photos and for a bath. Then you will continue travelling and arrive at Wadi Shab (Wadi meaning valley between cliffs). Upon arrival at Wadi Shab you will transfer to a small fishing boat to be taken across the wadi and start walking across the valley. After 40 minutes you can reach the first natural pools where swimming and relax in the crystalline waters. Post this you will travel to Wahiba Sands which is famous for its reddish sand. As soon as you reach desert, you will check in to the desert camp. The location of the camp in the wilderness of the desert, emphasizes the beauty of the golden sand dunes surrounding it. After an adrenaline fueled 4WD dune bashing across 150-metre dunes and with a spectacular view of the sunset, you will be ready to experience the delicious Arabic Cuisine at the camp. 

  • Day 3 Wahiba Sands - Wadi Bani Khalid - Ibra Old Village - Muscat

      Wahiba Sands - Wadi Bani Khalid - Ibra Old Village - Muscat

      Breakfast at the camp and time to enjoy the desert activities. After you will depart to the mountains. Your first stop will be Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Omanโ€™s most beautiful wadis. The wadi has clear deep blue water and counts among the few wadis of Oman that hold water all year round. From the mountain springs, the water is led to the oasis where it sustains the typical date palms. The pretty villages of Wadi Bani Khalid cling precariously to the rugged mountainside. Time for photos, swimming, exploring the wadi and then you will continue to travel back towards Muscat.  You will make a further stop at Al Mudayrib and Ibra to admire the watch towers which proudly overlook the villages.  You will then proceed on your journey back to Muscat and end the tour. Overnight in Muscat.

  • Day 4 Nizwa - Al Hamra- Grand Canyon Arabia

      Nizwa - Al Hamra- Grand Canyon Arabia

      Morning drive to the historic town of Nizwa, Omanโ€™s cultural capital. Youโ€™ll visit the powerful Fort with its massive Circular Cannon Tower, one of the most impressive in Oman. Second visit will be at the traditional Souq, a lively place and an ideal location to purchase handicrafts and souvenirs. Later drive to Al Hamra to see one of the oldest villages of this region. The traditional mud houses dated back from 400 years are still occupied. Post you will continues your journey to the top of Jebel Shams, โ€œmeans the Sun Mountainโ€, with its highest peak at 3009 meters. The cooler temperatures will surprise as you reach the top to get a spectacular view of the Grand Canyon of Arabia. After an impressive day it will be time to travel back to Muscat. Drop off at the hotel. 

  • Day 5 Muscat - Transfer To The Airport - Deaprture
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Muscat - Transfer To The Airport - Deaprture

      Free morning/day at disposal for relax, more independent visits or some shopping.

      As per your flights we will then transfer you to Muscat International Airport for Departure.
