5 Luxury Days On The Sacred Land Of Umbria

The beginning of your five days wine tour in Umbria, will start early in the  morning, 8.00 at you hotel in Florence, enjoying having a guide/sommelier  sharing her/his knowledge of Umbria and its wines. Then we will proceed to the first stop, Perugia, enjoy a relaxing drive toward   the Capital of Umbria, famous for its chocolates, The Perugini. We will take for a guided tour of the city, finishing with a sweet treat. We will continous our four days wine tour visiting the first winery, located in  one of the oldest wine area of Italy, Torgiano, where we will be taken on  a private tour of the cellars and tasting of the wines. The whole wine making process will be explained, tasting three wines with a  toasted bread and extra virgin olive oil.  Continue the tour with a delicius trhee courses lunch at the winery, pairing five wines with the food. After lunch we will be taking to our Hotel-Spa, located inside the famous  Borgo of Montefalco. Check-in and relax before we will go for an aperitive and dinner in a typical  Trattoria Umbrese.

After breakfast a moment of relax before making our way to the first visit of the  day, Assisi, where we will meet our local guide for a a private tour of the town. Finish our visit to Assisi, we will continuos our five days wine tour visiting one  of the most beatifull Borgo of Italy, Spello, where after a walk we will have a  delicuos lunch inside de Walls. Next, we will move forwad to two of the most influence wineries in Montefalco,  where you will have a private tour of the cellars, reciving a full explanation of  the wines and others specialities that are produced on the wine state. Having  the oportunity of taste one of the most incredible and prestigius wines in Italy. Finished the visit of the first winery, we will departure to our Hotel, and , after a  moment of relax, you will be take for a dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, your five days wine tour, continue  visiting the first winery in the south area of Montefalco, where we will be taken on a private tour of the cellars and tasting of the wines. The whole wine making process will be explained, tasting three wines with a  range of local products.  Continue with the fantastic experience, Cooking Class!!!!! Get ready to get your hands full of flour preaparing pasta and other  specialities of Umbria. Our focus in this course is to teach you how to make different kind dishes that  are the heart and soul of traditional Umbrian cuisine. You will eat every thing you prepared along with the Farm’s wines. Then you will proceed to the famous town of Spoleto, one of the most beatiful  Umbrian medieval villages. We will walk around the acient streets and taste a delicius caffe. Departure to our second winery of the day, where we will be taken on a private  tour of the cellars and tasting more of the precious wines of Montefalco pair  with a four courses dinner. Back to the Hotel and relax.
