Transport

Pick up service on the first day of the trip is included in the price. Drop off point on the last day of the tour will be Fethiye city center. On all other days on this tour, you will be picked up from your accommodation to begin your tour & dropped back to your hotel at the end of the day.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival In Fethiye
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Arrival In Fethiye

      A member of our team will pick you up from the bus station, airport or ferry port in Fethiye and take to your hotel where you will be able to relax for the rest of the day before venturing out to some amazing locations along the Turkish coastline the next day.

      Once you are at the hotel the rest of the day is yours so why no go exploring through the narrow streets of the Fethiyeโ€™s old town and Paspatur Bazaar or take a wander up to Amyntas Rock Tombs where the beautiful sunset that stretches out across the sea will take your breath away, or sip something cold at one of the bars or cafes close to the waterโ€™s edge.

      Optional Tours

      There is also time to add an extra tour to your day so if you are looking for adventure then maybe one of these tours is something you would like to add to your day.

      Paragliding: Not far from central Fethiye is the gorgeous seaside resort of Oludeniz which is looked over by the Babadag Mountain and it is here that people come from afar to experience the fantastic sport of  paragliding.

      Scuba Diving: This could be the perfect time for you to try Scuba Diving, the Mediterranean waters are warm and clear making it the perfect spot.

      Butterfly Valley Boat Cruise: A short cruise away and you could be stepping into the natural wonder of Butterfly valley a deep gorge that throughout the year is well known for the hundreds of different varieties of Butterfly species, a great place to treck and explore. Returning from the Valley the boat will stop at Saint Nicholas Island where you will have time for swimming and even take a short hike to the top to see amazing sunsets across the ocean.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Dalyan And Iztuzu Beach

      Day 2: Dalyan And Iztuzu Beach

      This morning after breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel and take a journey to visit the quaint seaside town of Dalyan, the road across the mountains takes about 1 and a half hours to get there. The Dalyan river flows through the centre and it is here that you will board your boat for a lazy cruise. 

      You will sail past the ancient rock tombs carved out of the mountainside and then arrive at the natural sulphur mud baths. This is a great experience and an opportunity to immerse yourself from head to toe.

      Later in the day when all the mud has washed off, you will travel to Iztuzu beach, famous breeding grounds for the beautiful loggerhead turtles, and if you love to shop there will be a short time spent at a gold shop.

      You will be taken back to Fethiye at the ned of the tour in the early evening for your overnight stay.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Pamukkale And Hierapolis

      Day 3: Pamukkale And Hierapolis

      Todayโ€™s tour starts early as the journey to the Denizli region of Turkey will take approximately 4 hours and itโ€™s here you will see two amazing yet very different sites. 

      The first time you lay eyes on Pamukkale you will understand where its name comes from, Pamukkale translates to Cotton Castles and as the waters come from a dormant volcano deep underground and are full of calcium that cascading down the mountainside they create these white pools layered one on top of the next.  Walk along the terraces and wade through the waters as many have done for thousands of years.

      Hierapolis Ancient is a city, continuously excavated and located just above the waters of Pamukkale, laid out on a large flat plateau. It has been a world heritage site since 1988.  The theatre is,  built in the second century it is simply stunning. Hierspolis was been built here beacuse before the era of modern medicine people flocked to the waters with thier healing abilities, there is also a large pool where you can swim amongst columns from ancient buildings making it a magical way to cool down.

      Your return journey to Fethiye will be in the early evening,  on the return to Fethiye you will be dropped at your hotel.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Saklikent Gorge And Jeep Safari & Turkish Hammam

      Day 4: Saklikent Gorge And Jeep Safari & Turkish Hammam

      Today you will walk 20 kilometres in one of Europeโ€™s longest gorges at Saklikent, where the refreshing icy water will take your breath away but is welcome in the heat of the Turkish summer sun, where the waters have sculpted the rocks, and where at the end of the gorge you will be rewarded with a waterfall. Depending on the time of year there is a small entry fee. If you choose to you can raft down the gorge, again there is an extra fee.

      Scattered across this region there are clay deposits or Mud Baths, a beauticians dream come true, and they say it will make you look ten years younger. Either a full body treatment or just rubbing your hands in it is a wonderful experience and you will enjoy washing it all off in the lower stream of the gorge.

      In 43 AD the Lycian region became part of the Roman empire, in which Tlos was a busy bustling city. although on this tour we do not enter the city, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view.

      What better way to finish the day than with a relaxing Turkish bath, enjoy one of the oldest and sweetest traditions of Turkey. Natural Olive Oil soap has always been used, the scent can take you back to times gone by. Lay upon the warm marble and the enjoy a million tiny bubble all over your skin.

      You will return to Fethiye where your trip will come to an end.
