      Breakfast. Free Day with the possibility of optionally making a full-day visit to the magnificent city of Istanbul, visiting the historical part of the Basilica of Saint Sophia, the culmination of Byzantine art, and the pearl of Istanbul; We will also visit the famous Topkapi Palace, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasury and sacred relics. At midday we will enjoy a typical lunch in a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and we will continue with the visit to the Blue Mosque, a prodigy of harmony, proportion and elegance; and to the Hippodrome that preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the Fountain of Emperor William and the Egyptian Obelisk. Next, we will take a boat ride along the Bosphorus that separates the city of Istanbul into two continents. During this journey you will see the palaces of the Sultans, old and typical wooden houses and enjoy history in a different way. Departure to visit this fantastic region, where San Jorge was born, with its fascinating and original landscape, formed 3 million years ago by lava thrown from the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes. Visit of the numerous monasteries and chapels of Gรถreme, carved into the rocks and decorated with frescoes. We will make a stop at a carpet and kilim workshop.
