  • Day 1 Vancouver to Valemount
    Vancouver to Valemount
    • 7:00 am - 8:23 pm

      Vancouver to Valemount

      You depart Vancouver at 7:15 am from the meeting point at Canada Place. On the way you stop at Othello Tunnels, enjoy incredible sights travelling through the Fraser Valley, and travel the scenic Coquihalla Highway.

      You get lunch at Merritt or Kamloops (or other route passing Nicola lake) and then continue to visit the beautiful Spahats Falls. Later you Check-in to your hotel in Valemount and get free time for dinner.

      Here you can hockey in the Rockies or go for a nature walk by the river.

      Accommodation: Valemount Vacation Inn in Valemount. 4 people shared room.

      Please note: This itinerary is sometimes in reverse order on Friday departures and will also be reverse order on Saturday departures (Golden – Banff – Valemount) but the hotels, sightseeing highlights and inclusions are the same.   • Day 2 Valemount to Banff

      Valemount to Banff

      You have breakfast and start this day visiting Mount Robson, the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies. Then you visit the Jasper town, a place with an incredible scenic view. From there you continue to Athabasca Falls, where you have the opportunity to take photos. Remember to bring your water bottle to taste the freshest water in the world!

      You will visit impressive lakes and glaciers: Emerald Moraine and Lake Louise with the option of renting a canoe (on arrival)

      You continue along the Icefields Parkway, named one of the most beautiful roads in the world. Here you have the option of going on the Ice Explorer tour (extra) or hiking the Wilcox Trail. After visiting Bow Lake, where you can brave the icy waters and swim.

      Ice Glacier Explorer - The glacier tour is about 1.5 hours where you will go by bus. You can get off the bus and walk on the glacier too. The guide will provide more details of the activity, payment must be made directly at the destination.

      Later you arrive in Banff and check in at your accommodation.

      Free time for dinner and shopping on Banff Avenue or if you prefer you have the option to join your guide and group at the pub.

  • Day 3 Banff to Golden
    Banff to Golden
    • 8:00 am - 8:23 pm

      Banff to Golden

      TThis day you pack your breakfast to go and start your way to Golden. First you visit spectacular points of Banff such as the Bow Falls and Banff Avenue.

      This day you will have the option to take the extra Gondola to Shulfur Mountain to enjoy the most spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. For more information visit the Extras section.

      You will continue through Banff where you can tour the picturesque Icefields Avenue.

      Then you continue to Lake Louise, considered one of the most famous mountain views in the world. You will arrive at approximately noon so you can take advantage of the day and go for a walk.

      You will stop a moment in this wonderful place to have lunch in the open air and participate in an optional Bear Dip challenge in Bow Lake (direct in destination).

      Later you visit Moraine Lake and continue to the hotel in Golden to check in.

      You'll get to visit local craft breweries and enjoy dinner around the campfire at the end of the day.

      Farewell party with your guide and the rest of the group!

  • Day 4 Golden to Vancouver

    • 8:00 am - 7:30 pm

      Golden to Vancouver

      After breakfast, you visit the beautiful Cedar Trails Boardwalk, Roger Pass & the Last Spike on the Transcontinental railway.

      You enjoy of the scenic drive along the shore of Shuswap Lake & the Coquihalla Valley.

      Finally you return to Vancouver at approximately 7:30 p.m., where your unforgettable journey to the Canadian Rocky Mountains will come to an end
