Flights
We will book your flights in advance to ensure a smooth journey from Kathmandu to Lukla and back. The airfare for the Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu routes typically includes airport taxes and a baggage allowance of around 15 kilograms for trekking equipment. Please note that sometimes flights to Lukla are operated from Ramechhap instead of Kathmandu due to congestion at the Kathmandu airport. In such cases, transportation from Kathmandu to Ramechhap and flight tickets for the Ramechhap-Lukla-Ramechhap route will be provided to ensure your travel arrangements. Remember that weather conditions can sometimes cause flight delays or cancellations in the region, so itโs essential to have some flexibility in your travel plans and allow for possible changes.

Meals
During the trekking journey, meals will be provided to ensure you have the necessary energy. Breakfast and dinner are typically included and served at the tea houses or lodges where you spend the night. Lunch is usually taken at local teahouses or restaurants along the way to the next destination. The meals provided during the trek often include a variety of cuisines such as Nepalese, Tibetan, continental, and Indian. You can expect a menu with options like rice, dal (lentil soup), curry, noodles, pasta, momo (dumplings), bread, eggs, vegetables, and a range of snacks and beverages. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are usually available to cater to different dietary preferences. In Kathmandu, breakfast will be provided at the hotel. For other meals in Kathmandu, youโll have the opportunity to explore the city and try various restaurants and cuisines according to your preferences. There are numerous dining options in Kathmandu, offering a wide range of international and local dishes. You must inform us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements or restrictions, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a pleasant dining experience throughout the trek.

Airport pickups and drops: You will be picked up from the airport upon your arrival in Kathmandu and dropped off at the airport for your departure. This service will be provided in a fully air-conditioned private vehicle. 2. Ground transportation: All ground transportation throughout the itinerary will be in air-conditioned private vehicles. This includes airport transfers, hotel transfers, and trekking starting/ending points. 3. Kathmandu city tour: A full-day guided city tour of Kathmandu will be provided in a comfortable private vehicle. This tour will cover major attractions in the city, and entrance fees to these sites are included. 4. Entrance fees: All entrance fees for the sightseeing tour and trekking are included in the package. This covers the costs of visiting UNESCO-listed world heritage sites, museums, monasteries, and other attractions per the itinerary. 5. Porter service: One porter will be provided for every two trekkers during the trek. The porter will carry your trekking bag/duffel bag, allowing you to trek with a lighter load. 6. Trekking bag/duffel bag and trekking map: You will be provided with a trekking bag or duffel bag for your belongings during the trek. Additionally, a trekking map will be provided to assist you with navigation along the trekking route. 7. Permits: All necessary permits, such as the Sagarmatha National Park entry permit and any other required permits, will be arranged for you as part of the package. 8. First Aid Medical Kit: A First Aid Medical Kit with essential medicines will be provided during the trek to address any minor health issues or injuries that may occur. 9. Taxes: All applicable government and local taxes are included in the package price.

Tips: Tips for the tour/trekking staff and driver are not included in the package.
