Kathmandu: Accommodation in a 3-star hotel (Hotel Holy Himalaya or similar) on a twin/double sharing bed and breakfast basis. Trekking Route: Accommodation in guesthouses during the trek.

Trekking Guide: Government-licensed, English-speaking guide during the trek.
Meals
In Kathmandu: Breakfast at the hotel is included. Lunch and dinner are not included but can be enjoyed at various local restaurants.
Flights
Domestic Flights: Flights from Kathmandu or Manthali to Lukla and return, as per the itinerary. Helicopter Flight: Helicopter flight from Everest Base Camp (Gorakshep) to Lukla.
Transport
All ground transportation in a comfortable private luxury vehicle as per the itinerary, including airport and hotel transfers.
Others
Permits: All necessary paperwork, including Sagarmatha National Park permit, TIMS card, Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality entry permit, and fees. Trekking Equipment: Luxury Holidays Nepalโs duffel, sleeping bag, T-shirt, and trekking map (if necessary). Staff Salary and Allowance : All Nepalese staffโs daily wages, salary, equipment, food, and clothing. Luggage Storage: Free luggage storage at Luxury Holidays Nepalโs store during the trek. Farewell Dinner: Farewell dinner in Kathmandu at a typical Nepali restaurant with a cultural dance performance in the evening. Government Taxes: All government taxes and official expenses.

Participants are required to have insurance covering both medical and high-altitude evacuation costs (trip cancellation, interruption, high-altitude rescue and air evacuation, medical treatment, repatriation, etc.).

International Airfare: International flight airfare (to and from Kathmandu). Nepal Entry Visa Fee: Nepal entry visa, obtainable upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner while in Kathmandu. Porter Service: Porter to carry your bag during the trek (one porter between two trekkers is recommended). Meals During the Trek : Meals are not included but can be purchased at teahouses and lodges along the trekking route.
