      Cruise. We begin the day with a tour of the romantic Philae Temple โ€“ perched atop a picturesque island, its beautiful location is reached by small motor boat, making a truly magnificent approach to the site. Overnight on your 5* Nile Cruise.

      Sail down the Nile in style, relaxing on deck whilst observing rural life on the shores and taking in the changing

Today we visit the temple of Kom Ombo โ€“ its perfectly symmetrical twin entrances overlook the spectacular riverside continue along the Nile towards the city of Luxor, often described as the worldโ€™s greatest open-air museum and home to some of the grandest monuments that have survived from ancient Thebes. Overnight on your 5* Nile Cruise.

      After breakfast, we arrive in Luxor, beginning the day with a tour of the East Bank of the Nile. Here you will

      experience the immense Karnak Temple, considered by some as Egyptโ€™s most important Pharonic site โ€“ the countryโ€™s powerhouse of ancient times; as well as the magnificent Luxor Temple where visitors are greeted by the impressive Avenue of Sphinxes. Overnight on your 5* Nile Cruise.

  • Day 6 Luxor To Hurghada, Red Sea

      Luxor To Hurghada, Red Sea

      After breakfast we explore the West Bank of Luxor, starting the tour with the world famous Valley of the Kings, the richest archaeological site on earth. Then on to the breathtaking Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir al-Bahri), built for the only woman to reign over Egypt as pharaoh. Finally we visit the great Colossi of Memnon โ€“ the last remains of Amenophis IIIโ€™s temple. We then take the A/C bus to Hurghada, Red Sea. Overnight stay at your hotel in Hurghada.

      Early morning flight from Hurghada to Cairo. Today we tour the City of Cairo, beginning with the Egyptian Museum where you may view the treasures of King Tutankhamunโ€™s tomb. Afterwards we make our way to the old Cairo Bazaar, Khan El Khalili, with its maze of intriguing alleyways that are home to numerous souvenir stalls and coffee shops. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.

      Cairo - Pharaonic Village

      After breakfast you will visit the Pharaonic Village โ€“ a living museum of Egyptian history. Here you will be taken on a fantastic journey to the days of the Pharaohs, brought to life by actors in Pharaonic costumes depicting the daily life of ancient Egyptian people. Sail along a network of canals past replicas of ancient villages watching craftsmen at work and explore a recreation of the Tutankhamunโ€™s tomb and all its treasures. Afterwards, the rest of the day is free for you to spend at your leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.
