  • Day 1 Day 1: Hito Cajón – Green Lagoon – Partridge Eye

      Day 1: Hito Cajón – Green Lagoon – Partridge Eye

      Contact with the Spanish speaking driver and 4x4 car in Bolivia. Departure to Laguna Blanca and its surrounding mountains with some sulfur mines surrounding the roof of the Andes. Arrival to Laguna Verde, where the silhouette of the Licancabur volcano with its 5950 m summit is reflected. Dominates the entire Atacama valley. Crossing the Salvador Dalí desert with its shapes and colors surreal. Arrival at the Chalviri Lagoon and its hot springs. Lunch. Continuation to the Morning Sun Geyser (alt 4950 m) a gigantic geothermal site with boiling vapors, its craters of boiling volcanic mud. I crossed the Cordillera and descended to the Laguna Colorada. Visit the viewpoint to observe flamingos and the colony of these elegant birds that have established their habitat in this extraordinary site.  Continue through the Siloli desert with a stop at the Stone Tree and arrival at sunset to Partridge Eye, a water point in the middle of the desert. Very beautiful sunset. Partridge Eye (alt 4600 m).  Hotel with breakfast included. Lunch included. Dinner included.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Partridge Eye - Stinky Lagoon - San Pedro De Quemez

      Day 2: Partridge Eye - Stinky Lagoon - San Pedro De Quemez

      Departure by 4x4 vehicle to cross the Siloli desert with its mountains of blond sand on the horizon and reach Laguna Honda, Laguna Hedionda with its group of flamingos that walk along the edge of the route. Continuation on the Volcano Route. Continuation through the Chiguana Desert and arrival at San Pedro de Quemez. Dinner. Hotel with breakfast included. Lunch and dinner included.

  • Day 3 Day 3: San Pedro De Quemez - Salt Desert - Uyuni
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: San Pedro De Quemez - Salt Desert - Uyuni

      Departure to the Cave of the Galaxy with these petrified algae, witnesses of the great sea that covered the region. Transfer to the edge of the salt desert for the first views of the Salar, 12,000 km2 of bright salt under the Andean sun. Cross 100 km to the town of Coquesa and ride in a 4x4 on the slopes of the Tunupa Volcano for a panoramic view of the desert region, return to Coquesa and lunch in a basket in the salt desert. 50 km journey to Incahuasi Island with a walk between the Cactus Gigantes path to the top of the island for a circular view of the Salar and the volcanoes on the horizon. Last 80 km journey in the desert to the edge of Colchani to witness a superlative sunset. Continuation to Uyuni. Free afternoon. Hotel with breakfast included.  IMPORTANT NOTE: If the salt desert were covered with water during the months of January to May, the route changes as follows for safety reasons: Crossing 12 km over the desert covered with water (approximately one hour at low speed) to the old Hotel de Sal Playa Blanca. Free time for surreal photos of the salt desert transformed into a gigantic cosmic mirror. Lunch in the basket. Return by the same route to the edge of the desert for sunset. Customers should be informed of this possibility. Same price.
