WINDSOR CASTLE T20 (5hrs)(25 EUR) One of the most impressive and best preserved castles in the United Kingdom, the Queen’s favourite residence. Following the Thames Valley, we will leave London behind crossing the countryside until arriving in the historic town of Windsor whose architecture is immersed in the atmosphere of the Tudor, Georgian and Victorian styles. We will visit the famous Eton College, founded in 1440 for poor children and, today, one of the most exclusive and traditional in the country where the princes of England study. We will visit the castle from the outside. It has always been the residence of the English Crown and it is intimately connected with the history of this country. On the days when Her Majesty holds official receptions, some areas are closed to the public. -Transportation to Windsor via the River Thames. - Assistance of our guide.
