  • Day 1 Arrival To Slovenia

      Pick up your car on confirmed location (APT or htl) and drive to Ljubljana to spend the night in the capital city of Slovenia. 

      Take a guided tour of the city or just walk up to the Castle Hill, the banks of the Ljubljanica river or with a visit to the Tivoli Park. You can admire the architecturally interesting squares, such as the central square Preลกeren Square, Republic Square which is the largest square in Ljubljana and Congress Square that is one of the most important meeting centres of the city.


  • Day 2 Celje โ€“ Ptuj โ€“ Maribor

      The journey takes you towards the north-east, across the River Sava and on to ล tajerska, the largest Slovenian region. Welcome to Celje, the city of counts. The old castle that overlooks the city, romantic streets, architecture displaying the richness and diversity of the past makes your visit unforgettable. The next town stands on the banks of the River Drava, the town of Ptuj. Formerly a Roman military outpost and the oldest Slovenian town. At the end of the day, you will settle down in the second largest city in Slovenia and the capital of the ล tajerska region, Maribor. The city lies between wine-producing hills and the slopes of the Pohorje Mountains and is also know for the oldest grapevine in the world. It has more than 400 years and it is still producing grapes for the famous wine.

  • Day 3 Maribor โ€“ Bled โ€“ Julian Alps

      Maribor โ€“ Bled โ€“ Julian Alps

      Start you day with a nice walk in Maribor City Park, with the wide promenade leading to the Three Ponds, containing over 100 local and foreign species of deciduous and coniferous trees. Then you leave the beautiful ล tajerska region and drive to the nord-west, towards the region of Gorenjska where you will be staying for two days. One of the many gems of this region is the famous Lake Bled. Together with its surroundings and magnificent lake with an island and a church, this is definitely one of the most important and worldwide known attractions in Slovenia. Visit the castle on the cliff and take a walk across the castleโ€™s courtyard. It offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the lake, while island in the middle of the lake can be visited with traditional boat called โ€œpletnaโ€. You can taste the famous Bleds Cream cakes, to end the beautiful day in Alpine world.

  • Day 4 Julijske Alpe โ€“ Narodni Park Triglav

      Julijske Alpe โ€“ Narodni Park Triglav

      Time to explore Julian Alps region, divided between two countries, Italy and Slovenia. The highest peak is located in the Eastern part of Alps, in Slovenia, Mt. Triglav (2864 m), which is part of Triglav National Park, one of the oldest parks in Europe. You can explore the park and find many waterfalls and lakes. The highest waterfall is Boka Falls (106 m) near Bovec and the largest among lakes is Lake Bohinj. You can take a boat and row across the lake or feed your adrenaline spirit with zip line adventure! The amazing nature around will definitely make sure you donโ€™t forget this green gem so soon!

  • Day 5 Kranjska Gora โ€“ Vrลกiฤ โ€“ Soca Valley โ€“ Goriลกka Brda

      Your journey continues nord, towards Mountain Pass Vrลกiฤ. On the way you pass through little town known for alpine tourism, Kranjska Gora which is right on the Austrian and Italian border. Vrลกiฤ Mountain Pass with its 1,611m is the highest road pass in the Eastern Julian Alps. You can count 50 serpentines along the way to Soฤa Valley, where you will meet the most beautiful of them all, emerald river Soฤa, that will keep you company along the way. You can check little town Bovec with a lot of sport and hiking activities. Or stop in Kobarid, to check out the amazing WWI museum, as Soฤa Valley was one of the most important fronts back then. You day will end in Goriska Brda, famous gourmet and wine region. Delicious food and wine are absolutely a perfect way to end a long day.

  • Day 6 Karst โ€“ Slovenian Coast

      Karst โ€“ Slovenian Coast

      It is time to go south and explore Slovenian wonders and gems of Karst. The Slovenian karst is perhaps best known for its caves (there are around 8000 recorded) and for the production of air-dried hams or prosciutto which combine perfectly with the regionโ€™s red wine Teran. Stop in Lipica, famous stud farm with more than 400 years of tradition and special horse breed Lippizaner. They are a special breed that was created for the emperors of Habsburg empire and are born black but growing up, they change to white. They will surely impress you! Proceed to the Slovenian coast located on top of Istrian peninsula. Try your luck in one of the casinos or take a romantic walk through medieval streets of Koper, Izola and Piran. 

  • Day 7 Slovenian Coast โ€“ Postojna

      Slovenian Coast โ€“ Postojna

      Being a part of Venetian republic for more than 500 years this part of Slovenia offers a very interesting and different picture! From Koper that used to be an island and existed already in Roman times, all the way to romantic Piran one of the nicest gems of North Adriatic. For nature lover, we absolutely recommend visit of saltpans in Seฤovlje, where they produce one of the most quality salts in the word โ€“ even James Oliver is cooking with it! Drive back to Karst later, this time you can explore its underworld! The largest and most known cave system is Postojna Cave, the home of the human fish and the only cave with electric train in it. But we must not forget ล kocjan Caves (UNESCO world heritage), cave Vilenica the oldest show cave in Europe and others. Last but not least, we must not forget the medieval marvel, of Predjama castle -   largest cave castle in the world. Learn about Erazem Predjamski and his escape trails in the underworld.

      Departure

      Drop off the car on confirmed location or APT and fly back home full of amazing and unforgettable memories.
