They are small groups and the number depends on each date. Regularly they are groups of 12 to 16 travelers per group.

The lodging will be in 3* hotels. In Cusco the hotel where you could stay is the Hotel San Agustin Internacional or similar, while in Aguas Calientes you will stay at the Usgar Machu Picchu Inn hotel or similar and in Soraypampa in luxury domes. Children under 6 years of age will share a bed with their parents. If there are 2 people - the room can be with two single beds or with a double bed. If there are 3 people - the room is with three single beds. If there are 4 people - 2 rooms correspond to them, each one can be with single beds or with a double bed. If there are 5 people - 2 rooms correspond to them, one for double occupancy and the other with three single beds. If there are 6 people - 2 rooms correspond to them, each one in double occupancy and each one can be in single beds or with a double bed. The recommended minimum age for this experience is 6 years. Despite there being no minimum age to carry out this experience, it is not recommended for children under 0 to 5 years of age. All minors must be accompanied by 2 responsible adults (+18 years) at all times and share a room. The last day is free, a tour representative will take you to the airport after having indicated your departure time.

You need to be in good physical condition as you will be hiking and walking a lot most of the time. Depending on the state of your injury or illness, you will have the opportunity to catch up with the group for the Machu Picchu tour and return at the same time as everyone. We recommend having a health insurance.

There are not many additional expenses, and we practically include almost everything. Only if you really like buying souvenirs or going to a good restaurant in Aguas Calientes, we recommend you bring at least 90 soles per day. There are some contributions to local people, which we cannot include and are paid directly in the experience.

It does include meals, each day you will have different options prepared at the moment, different dishes suitable for all types of diet. Peruvian cuisine is valued as one of the most delicious in the world.

There are pills that help a lot to counteract this evil. Consult this with your doctor. If symptoms persist, the use of oxygen is most recommended. For this type of inconvenience, we have the equipment and trained personnel to be able to help immediately. As for stomach problems, it is recommended to drink a sufficient amount of water (3 to 5 liters per day). Hot drinks such as coca herbal tea are especially recommended. We also recommend that the first two days soups, vegetables and carbohydrates (not fried or heavy foods) be consumed. Likewise, consider candies, chocolates, cookies and fruit; all food easy to digest. Do not drink alcoholic beverages or smoke cigarettes. You should sleep as much as possible (average 8 hours) and not exercise excessively. Always keep your body warm with warm clothes to protect yourself from the cold at night. During acclimatization you should not forget to eat what is necessary and drink plenty of fluids.
