  • Day 1 Day 1: Lima
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Lima

      Arrival in Lima. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will have a panoramic view of the main streets, squares and avenues of the city. We will start with a panoramic view of the Miraflores district. We will start in the Parque del Amor, where we will observe the famous sculpture “The Kiss”, by the Peruvian artist Victor Delfin. Then, we will observe the impressive Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial center of the Lima culture. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas, where we will find the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. We will visit the Cathedral and walk to the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose corridors were walked by San Martín de Porres and Santa Rosa de Lima in the 17th century and where their remains currently lie there. Stay in Lima.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Lima - Arequipa

      Day 2: Lima - Arequipa

      Departure transfer. Day transfer from the airport to the hotel. The White City opens the doors to us on a tour that begins at the Carmen Alto viewpoint, which offers us a beautiful landscape of agricultural terraces and from where we can observe the three guardian volcanoes that surround the city: Misti, Chachani and Pichu-Picchu. We will continue to Yanahuara´s neighborhood, famous for its church built in the Andalusian style and its viewpoint, built with beautiful architecture and surrounded by ashlar arches. Then, we will visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, closed for about 400 years; and that preserves narrow streets, squares and gardens, a jewel of the 16th century. Finally, we will go to the Plaza de Armas, where we will be able to observe the Cathedral and the portals that surround the square and we will finally go to the Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús; where its cloisters and the famous Dome of San Ignacio stand out. We end our tour here near souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants and more beautiful views of the city. Stay in Arequipa.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Arequipa - Colca

      Day 3: Arequipa - Colca

      We will go out to the spectacular Colca Valley. We are going to begin our journey through the slopes of the Chachani volcano, we will cross the national reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, a protection area for the various varieties of South American camelids, such as alpacas, llamas and vicuñas, there we will be able to see them free, touring the Andean highlands. We will skirt the Chucura volcano before arriving at the Patapampa viewpoint, from where we will be able to observe the volcanoes that exist in the area. We will arrive in Chivay, where we will have lunch, after that we will walk through the town square and visit the market. We will settle in our hotels for a restful rest. A few minutes from Chivay we find the thermal baths of La Calera, so going out to take a bath is an excellent option if our hotel is in Chivay. Lodging in the Colca Valley.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Colca - Arequipa - Puno

      Day 4: Colca - Arequipa - Puno

      Very early in the morning, we will go through the Colca Valley, we will go to the Cruz del Cóndor
      viewpoint. We will be waiting for the imposing flight of the condors, huge birds that are the symbol of the Andes Mountains. The view allows us to fully appreciate the dimension of the canyon, considered one of the deepest in the world. We will visit the towns of Maca and Yanque that preserve their beautiful colonial churches, we will also make some stops at viewpoints such as: Antahuilque and Achoma from where you will have an incredible view of the Collagua terraces. Continue to Puno. Stay in Puno.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Puno

      Day 5: Puno

      To get to know Titicaca´s Lake on a full day excursion, we will start by visiting Uros, hospitable inhabitants who receive us in artificial islands built on the basis of totora. Then we will continue towards the island of Taquile, where the inhabitants still preserve ancestral traditions and welcome us with their colorful typical clothes. We will not miss the opportunity to explore the island and be surprised with the beautiful views of the lake. We will have a typical lunch on the island. In the afternoon, we will return to the city. Stay in Puno.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Puno - Cusco

      Day 6: Puno - Cusco

      Departure transfer. Arrival in Cusco. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel. We will go up to the Archeological Park of Sacsayhuaman. Our excursion starts visiting the agnificient fortress, a beautiful place that radiates peace and quiet. We will be able to admire the rocks measuring up to 4 meters high that were used in its construction. Then, we will continue to Q’enqo, and ancient temple of the cougar, that has inside an altar for sacrifices in the inner part of the rock. Tambomachay, the sacred fountains of life and health. On the way we will have a panoramic view from Puca Pucara, a watch tower that controlled the entrance to the city. After that, we will visit the Temple of the Sun "Korikancha";, on top of which the Santo Domingo Convent was built. A legend tells that his temple was entirely lined in gold sheets that marveled the Conquistadors upon their arrival. Finally, we will end our tour visiting the Cathedral, located in front of the main square, and keeps colonial invaluable paintings and other works of religious art such as the Cross that arrived with the first conquerors. Stay in Cusco.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Sacred Valley

      Day 7: Sacred Valley

      We will visit the most outstanding sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will leave for the town of Chinchero, the most typical and picturesque of the Sacred Valley. This town is also famous for its women weavers, we will make a brief stop in a textile center to appreciate its beautiful fabrics and where they will teach us the ancient Inca techniques for dyeing and spinning with Alpaca wool. In the town of Chinchero we will visit its Inca archaeological complex and its beautiful colonial church enjoying the impressive natural images that surround the town. We will continue to Moray, beautiful and curious Inca archaeological complex composed of colossal concentric terraces simulating a large amphitheater. In Incas times, it served as an agricultural laboratory where diverse microclimates were recreated. Lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. Finally, we end our tour visiting the fabulous archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo important for the Incas as a military, religious and agricultural center. We will visit the Temple of the ten windows, the bathrooms of the ñusta, the Temple of the Sun among other places of interest. The postcards from the heights of Ollantaytambo will close this magical day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Stay in Cusco. 

  • Day 8 Day 8: Machu Pichu
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 8: Machu Pichu

      A  train trip away to see one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. We arrive at the Aguas Calientes station where our staff will assist us on boarding the bus to go up the winding road to Machu Picchu*, amid a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will astonish us with its terraces, ceremonial shrines, steps and urban areas. Energy is all around us. Lunch at local restaurant. At the arranged time, we will take the train back to Cusco to be transferred to the hotel. Stay in Cusco.
