USEFUL INFORMATION What to bring? Closed, waterproof and comfortable footwear to take walks in nature, because of insects and wet sections. We recommend a 5-10kg backpack for activities and leave the rest of the luggage at the fazenda. We suggest bringing a raincoat, spacious enough to put the backpack inside. Insect repellent, flashlight, swimwear and sunscreen all year. A bottle to drink water, avoiding the use of disposable containers. They will be able to refill in airports and hotels during the trip. Throughout the trip our travelers will use light clothes, but long pants and long sleeves to protect against insects. Travelers need to get advice from their local center of international vaccination before travelling.

3 Nights @ Pousada Piuval | Standard Room. ( full Board - drinks not included unless specified) Check-in to the hotel is normally after 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be granted subject to availability (not confirmed). You may store your luggage at the hotel until you are able to check-in Check-out of the hotel is normally at 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be granted subject to availability (not confirmed). You may store your luggage at the hotel until you are ready to leave for the airport. Breakfast is normally served from 6-7 to 9-10 and changes from hotel to hotel. In case your transfer out leaves before that time it is travelerโ€™s responsibility to ask the day before at the reception desk to book or ask for an early breakfast service and extra costs may be applied by the property. Flights

Internal Flights are NOT included, we can certainly help you to book these if you need us to. For the North Pantanal, it is necessary to fly to Cuiaba (CGB), the capital of the state. Depending on the arrival time, after 17h00, it will be necessary to stay one night in Cuiaba.

      Cuiabรก Airport, Arrival - Pantanal North

      Arrival at Cuiabรก Airport  and transfer to the Pantanal region along the Transpantaneira Highway. This zone comprehends the greatest wildlife concentration in Latin America and is the best site in Brazil for visitors to observe it. We will stay in a fazenda, typical farms, where weโ€™ll spend three days in direct contact with nature.

      During these days we will make different activities to discover the Pantanal and the best wildlife and landscapes representations of the area. We begin our days from early morning to late evening participating in various activities that will place us in real contact with nature, making the most of this adventure. Among them weโ€™ll do a jeep photo safari on the Transpantaneira, go watching the caimans, canoe sailing down the river and ride horses, the regionโ€™s typical transportation, to see the spectacular sunset of the Pantanal. When night has fallen, we will go out on a 4WD to observe animals with a long-range focus. Thatโ€™s the best time to watch them as they go out to search for food.
