  • Day 1 Arrival In Colombo - Negombo
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Arrival In Colombo - Negombo

      Welcome to take our Sri Lanka private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people. 


      On arrival at Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by your private chauffeur-guide and driven to your hotel in Negombo, a seaside town which is only 20 minutes away from the airport.

      Friendly Tips:

      1). Buddhism is extremely respected in Sri Lanka, any disrespectful words or acts may cause deportation or denial of entry, e.g. Buddha tattoos, kissing/climbing/riding Buddha statue, drinking inside a temple, etc.

      2). All Bars inside & outside of the hotel would be kept close during the Poya holiday (full moon day) of the month.

  • Day 2 Negombo - Dambulla - Sigiriya

      Negombo - Dambulla - Sigiriya

      Wake up early to visit Negombo Fish Market (6.00 - 6.30am) and gain a unique insight into local commerce. Then visit Lellama - the Fishing Village, Dutch Canal and study the irrigation system.


      Later, head towards the countryโ€™s rich Cultural Triangle (approximately 4.5 hours), Dambulla. Visit the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, home to many magnificent Buddha images and rock paintings. Take your time to visit all five caves. Later transfer to your hotel in Sigiriya and relax later.

  • Day 3 Sigiriya

      Sigiriya

      In the morning the sunlight climbs the 5th century Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a World Heritage Site. The โ€™Lion Rockโ€™ is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 meters from the scrub jungle. Visit the world renowned frescoes of the โ€™Heavenly Maidensโ€™ of Sigiriya, which are in a sheltered pocket of the rock approached by a spiral stairway.

      The Sri Lankan children are so friendly and courageous. Take an interesting visit to Local School and let them learn something from you. Take this as a chance to share your thoughts and educate them in a selected stream. This would take you back to your past and enjoy the moment. If possible, share some valuable gifts among them to make this event memorable. (School visit subjected to availability of schools days). As you may be tired, take time for yourself. A good Foot Massage (approximately 30 minutes) can be a good turn on. Return to your hotel and relax.

  • Day 4 Sigiriya - Kandy
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Sigiriya - Kandy

      Morning proceed to Kandy, the blessed city (approximately 3.5 hours). En-route visit the Spice Garden. Spices such as such as cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, pepper, cardamom are grown in home gardens as home industry.

      Kandy is a great place for souvenir shopping and to learn about its rich culture. Take an interesting visit to Kandy Bazaar, Art & Craft Centre and Batik Factory and see the local lifestyle of Sri Lankans. Then visit a Gem Museum & Lapidary to get knowledge in identification of rough gems. In the evening, you will join the Culture Dance Show (5.00pm - 6.00pm) and visit the Temple of Tooth Relics (evening ceremony).

      Friendly Tips: To enter in the temple premises women are required to wear long sleeves and skirt or pants to the ankles; men are required to wear long pants, also must be removed, scarf, hats, slipper.

  • Day 5 Kandy
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Kandy

      In the morning, take an interesting visit to Kandyโ€™s Three Main Temples: the Lankatilaka, Gadaladeniya and Embekke belonging to the 14th century. Gadaladeniya is built of stone and reminds us of the South Indian influence of the period. Lankatilaka temple is a magnificent brick building in white and in the shrine room is found a superb seated image of the Buddha. Embekke temple is famed for its carved wooden pillars with intricate designs. If you have spare time, you will have a leisurely walk around the beautiful Kandy Lake. Return to your hotel & relax.

  • Day 6 Kandy - Galle
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Kandy - Galle

      Morning proceeds to Galle (Approximately 5-5.5 hours), well known for the Dutch Fort & its Fortifications. En-route visit Giragama Tea Plantation and a Tea Factory, where the worldโ€™s best Ceylon Tea is produced. After learning about the process of manufacturing tea, get hands-on experience of tea picking, and sip a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory.

      Upon arrival visit the exotic Galle Dutch Fort. The Portuguese built the fort around Galleโ€™s natural harbor upon their arrival in 1505. The numerous schools and the magistrate court within the premises makes this โ€˜living fortโ€™ one with character that is delightful.

  • Day 7 Galle - Colombo
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Galle - Colombo

      Today you will board on a Train at Galle Railway Station Northwards to Colombo City, the capital of Sri Lanka. The railway from Galle to Colombo follows the coastal route and is scenic and enjoyable. The 3-4 hours journey offers chances of photos with locals, as well as beautiful views of ocean and some spectacular places the train passes by. Upon arrival, picked up and transferred to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

      Friendly Tips: Sometimes Train will get delay without informing in advance; however our driver will wait you until you accommodate the Train. In case the train got delay for long time, you may go with our vehicle and fees for train is NON refundable. Train Schedule: leaving from Galle at 10.55am, reaching Colombo fort station at 1.15pm.
