Anvil Bayย is situated on an untouched stretch of coastal wilderness in the Kingdom's most southern national park. The camp was created with the intention of creating the least possible footprint as they wanted to disrupt the wilderness and wildlife as little as possible.ย 

Machanguloย is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy some adventures at sea if you prefer. The lodge offers spectacular rooms with amazing view.

Itinerary:

Day 1:ย This morning will be an early one as you'll be picked up from your specified location inย Maputoย around 5:30am.ย 

We will then cross theย Catembe Ferryย on our drive the theย Maputo Special Reserve. On the way, we will stop at a local bread factory just before we enter the Reserve on route to Anvil Bay.ย 

We will enjoy lunch on the way or at the lodge, depending on timing. As we drive through the reserve, there is plenty of opportunity to observe some wildlife - talk about taking the scenic route!

Once we reach the lodge, we will relax and settle in.

Day 2:ย Free day at your leisure.

Day 3:ย Once we have enjoyed breakfast, we will check out of the lodge and begin our journey toย Machangulo.ย Upon arrival at Machangulo, we will relax and settle in .

Day 4:ย Free day at your leisure.

Day 5:ย Today, you'll enjoy some free time in the morning before we begin our transfer back toย Maputo. Once we arrive at the pier, our guide will drop you off at any point in the city.
