We left Lençóis by car in the morning towards Iraquara to visit the Pratinha Cave. The perfect spot for a bath in the crystalline waters of the Pratinha river, and where we visit the Blue Grotto, enjoying the natural beauties of the place during the quieter visit. The attraction also has floating diving options inside the cave and zip lines. (optional). In the afternoon, we will have a delicious lunch of typical foods, before driving towards the Lapa Doce Cave.  The region of Iraquara is famous for its subsoil of limestone rocks that allowed the formation of numerous caves and caves with rare rock formations.  With the help of a local guide, we will cross the Gruta da Lapa Doce and get to know the beautiful formations of stalactites, stalagmites, speleothems, columns, and their formation processes over millions of years. Day to see the largest waterfall in Brazil in free fall, the Cachoeira da Fumaça. We left by car in the morning towards the Capão Valley, where we will start the 6km walk to the top of the waterfall. Along the way, you will catch a glimpse of the view of Vale do Capão and the mountain ranges that border the region, up to the Fumaça canyon, with its 400m height.  Stop to enjoy the view, rest, and have a snack, before returning along the same trail to the car.  After the walk, visit the waterfall Riachinho for a relaxing bath, returning to Lençóis in the late afternoon. trail snack Overnight in Lençóis Car: 150Km total, 40Km (off-road) + 110km (road).About 1:30h Walk: 12km Total (6km each stretch). 2km of ascent on stone steps, the last 4km on flat terrain.
