      Welcome to Calgary.

      Arrival at Calgary International Airport (Calgary International Airport YYC), and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free.

      The driver will wait for you 2 hours from the landing time. If you do not leave within that time, the driver must leave and the transfer will be considered a no-show.

      If you have a flight change and do not arrive at the scheduled time, you must call the emergency number to report it 1-888-684-0662 (international) or 1-418-684-0662 (local). We will try to do everything possible to offer the service, without this being an obligation on the part of the operator at the destination. If you do not find our staff at the airport, you must take a taxi on your own to the hotel.

      Arrival and departure transfer conditions:

      - Arrival and departure transfers are included on day 1 of the itinerary.

      - For passengers with additional nights arriving before the start day of the itinerary or staying at the end of the circuit, the transfer is included in the published price even if the pre- or post-circuit hotel is not booked with Local Adventures. We recommend booking the same hotel on the circuit if possible for the best accommodation of passengers.

      - In order to confirm the transfers, it is necessary to receive the arrival flight information 21 days before the start of the experience through the chat with the operator, otherwise there may be an additional charge.

      Transfers can be offered as follows:

      - Calgary International Airport - Hotel (same hotel on the circuit or another hotel)

      - Another hotel to Hotel from the itinerary

      Only 2 transfers are included in the price: 1 arrival transfer and 1 departure transfer. Transfers to a hotel other than the itinerary can only be made if the booked hotel is a maximum of 15 KM away from the itinerary hotel.

      After having breakfast at the hotel,

      This morning you will begin your adventure through the impressive Rocky Mountains in Calgary.

      You will have a brief orientation tour of the city of Calgary and you will depart towards Banff National Park, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and forming a majestic ring.

      You will visit the famous Banff Springs hotel of the Fairmont chain, Bow Falls and Tunnel Mountain.

      In the afternoon/evening you will have free time to enjoy in your own way.

      Optionally, you can take a gondola ride on the cable car in Banff: Ride to the top of Sulfur Mountain, to experience a panoramic view of six mountain ranges. A 360 degree view over the mountains surrounding Banff.

      After breakfast at the hotel, you will take the Bow Valley route until you reach Johnston Canyon, where you can take a short hike before reaching the prestigious Lake Louise area.

      Lake Louise, with its turquoise waters and magnificent view of the Victoria Glacier, is considered one of the most spectacular places in the world.

      You will continue to Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks and then enter Yoho National Park and visit Emerald Lake.

      Then you will return to Banff to rest.

      Optionally, you can take a scenic ride along the Bow River in Banff: You will descend 7 kilometers on an inflatable raft down the Bow River between the Rundle and Tunnel Mountains. You will enjoy the unique landscapes that can only be seen from the Bow River.

      After breakfast, you will continue our journey towards Jasper, enjoying a spectacular view of the glaciers that will accompany you throughout the journey.

      Along the way you'll see Crow's Foot Glacier, Bow Lake, and Athabasca Falls.

      You will enter Jasper National Park, one of the largest accumulations of ice and snow south of the Arctic Pole. These accumulations form eight glaciers, one of the most impressive is the Athabasca Glacier, where you will take a โ€œSnowcoachโ€ ride (included).

      You will next visit Maligne Canyon, considered among the most beautiful in the Rockies.

      Optionally you can take the Jasper Tramway Cable Car ride: You will enjoy a ride at 2,277 meters high on the highest cable car in the Rockies. Once there, you will enjoy unique views over six mountain ranges, the Athabasca River and the town of Jasper.

      After breakfast you will continue towards the British Columbia territories.

      You will pass the foot of Mount Robson, the highest mountain in the Rockies (3954m) and follow the route until you reach the Thompson Valley and the city of Kamloops.

      Located at the confluence of the North and South Thompson Rivers, Kamloops is one of the warmest cities in Canada.

      After breakfast you will depart for Vancouver. You will enter the Cariboo area, famous for the first colonies of gold prospectors. You will encounter the Fraser River, which you can observe until you reach Hope.

      You will continue your path descending through wide valleys, until you reach the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver.

      You will have a panoramic visit of the most important city in Western Canada that is characterized by the contrast between the sea, the mountains and its modern architecture.

      You will tour Stanley Park, Chinatown, the historic Gastown neighborhood, and the financial and commercial center.

      Optionally you can take the following activities:

      1. FlyOver Canada: A flight simulation over Canada, where you will spend a few exciting minutes. This experience will make you take a little piece of Canada in your heart.

      2. Granville Island Excursion with Capilano and Flyover Canada: Departure to Capilano Park where you will cross its famous suspension bridge. Continuation to Granville Island, a well-known place in Vancouver for its large food and craft market. Afterwards, we will head to Canada Place to enjoy the unique FlyOver Canada experience.
