      Day 1 , Arrival at Cairo international airport, meet and greet assistance by one of our representatives. Transfer to the hotel. During the transfer our representative will give you basic information about the country, discuss  your itinerary with you and confirm  the pick up  times for your tours. Check in to your hotel and overnight

      Day 2 :Time to meet the Pyramids ! After breakfast in the hotel , lets travel back in time 4500 years and meet Egypt's most well known monuments , The three Pyramids of Giza and their guardian the Sphinx. Our guide will let you in on all the mysteries behind these amazing structures and give you a chance to visit the interior and  you' ll even have time for a camel ride. Take advantage of the free afternoon and join a visit (optional) to the stunning Egyptian Museum , here among other astounding artefacts you'll be able to see the priceless treasures of Tutankhamon .Transfer to train station, dinner  and overnight  in sleeper compartment.

      Day 3 Take advantage of the early morning arrival to Aswan to get some great pics of the sunrise over the Nile , Take a felucca ride around the Cataracts of the Nile and the Elephantine Islands before transfering to your cruise ship The Nile Treasure . Lunch on board and we are off to discover the riches of Aswan , first a visit to the stone quarries to see how the Ancient  Egyptians used to cut and carve  the stone , here we will get our first look at an Obelisk then we continue to see the High Dam  and after some free time in the local souk its back to the boat for dinner .

      Day 4: Breakfast on board , this morning you will get a chance to visit the Nubian Village ( optional excursion) spread out over the islands in the Nile these people originaly came from Ethiopia over 2500 years ago  and maintain their colourful culture , including keeping crocodiles as house pets ! so after a quick boat ride to the island you can choose to take a camel ride to the village and there you will be invited into one of the colourful adobe houses to experience a Nubian welcome , you can learn some of their language , pet a croc and have a Henna tatoo or buy a really original souvenir   before finally taking the boat back to Aswan. Lunch on board and then off we go sailing down the Nile towards Kom Ombo.  Late afternoon arrival at Kom Ombo lends a stunning atmosphere to these two twinned temples, dedicated to The God of light  Hareois and Sobek the crocodile headed God , visit the crocodile mummification museum and then head off to one of the nile side cafes where you can have a drink , try a shisha while being entertained by typical local musicians. Back to the boat for dinner.

      Day 5: Early morning and we are off on a horse driven carriage to visit of the Temple of Edfu dedicated to the  Falcon God Horus , the temple is  where Horus finally  beat his  evil uncle the God Seth to avenge his father's death. Lunch on the boat and as we carry on down the Nile to the lock at Esna you'll have a chance to bargin some amazing deals with the locals who row out on small boats to sell their goods , give your haggling skills a go and see what you can buy. Then gets some amazing pics as we pass through the lock and down onto the other side of the Nile. Dinner on board.

      Day 6: Breakfast on board and off we go to the " Land of the Dead"  the amazing necropolis of Luxor , first the Valley of the Kings , where in the depths of the pharoah's  tombs you'll see first hand the stunningly colorful hieroglyphics that decorated the resting places of the most powerful Pharoahs of all time.  As we pass by the Valley of the Queens, we will stop off at Queen Hatchesput's temple,  unique as was the Queen herself,  Egypt's only female Pharoah . This temple stuns with is great layered terraces and amazing desert landscape . Before crossing back over the Nile we will stop at the Guardians of the Necropolis , the Colossos of Memnon. In the afternoon   transfer to the Hotel , time for a cool down in one of the swimming pools on the banks of the Nile and a quick toast as you watch the sun go down before taking dinner in the hotel.

      Day 7: Breakfast in the  Hotel , early morning you will have the chance ( optional excursion) to take a hot air balloon ride over the temples as the sun rises  an truly unforgettable experience. in the morning we will visit the Temples of Luxor and Karnak . Karnak , the largest  ancient religious complex in Egypt, where  among the great obelisks, sphinxes ,  colonades  and  chapels we will find the Giant Scarab who according to legend will grant the wish of all those who  walk seven  times round his statue, finally Luxor Temple , built by the ancient Egyptians and added onto by Alexander the Great , the Romans   and then finally the Arabs it's visit, is  a true journey through time . Late afternoon transfer to train station and overnight journey back to Cairo .

      Day 8 Early morning arrival to the train station in Cairo and transfer out to the international airport of Cairo.
