Arrangement of Emergency Helicopter service (paid by your Travel Insurance company). Use of sleeping bag, down Jacket, Duffel bag and walking Poles (if you donโt have your own, To be returned after the trip completed). Government taxes and official expenses. Everest base camp trekking map. Oximeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker. Meals whilst you are in Kathmandu Lunch and Dinner. Nepal entry visa fee (you may easily issue the visa on arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport โ Kathmandu). $25 USD for 15 days Visa. All the alcoholic and nonalcoholic cold and hot drinks on trek ( i.e. those you choose to purchase along the way and during evenings in the Tea Houses) All desserts sweet things like chocolate, cake, pie, pudding. Hot shower and battery charging on the tea houses. Tips for the guide, porter, and driver (Tipping is expected) Excess baggage more than 15kg for Lukla flight. Please be advised that if you need to return early from the trek due to reasons such as sickness, unfavorable weather conditions, personal issues, itinerary modifications, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following conditions apply: - Any payments made for flights, hotel accommodations, mountain room bookings, meals, and related expenses are nonrefundable. - You will be required to cover the costs of hotel stays, meals, and other expenses in Kathmandu independently. Additionally, please note that during the months of March to May and September to November, all flights will depart from Ramechhap. It will be necessary for you to make a 4-5 hour drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap in order to catch your flight. Kindly consider these terms and arrangements carefully before commencing your trek.
