Begin by cruising up the tree-fringed Rainforest Road towards Tamborine Mountain, one of Lonely Planetโ€™s top ten regions in the world, where youโ€™ll make pit stops to capture breathtaking views and indulge in award-winning wines and cheese. Continue on to Byron Bayโ€™s luxurious Crystalbrook Byron Resort, where nearby youโ€™ll enjoy an indigenous culture tour led by an Arakwal custodian and dine at the resortโ€™s acclaimed restaurant.

      Day 2

      On day two, wake up to a secluded rainforest setting and enjoy a complimentary yoga session or opt for an outdoor activity like surfing or kayaking. Visit The Farm, a hip venue with a farm-totable restaurant and artisanal boutiques, before sipping craft brews at Stone & Wood and tasting boutique gin at Byronโ€™s rainforest distillery. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the townโ€™s trendy restaurants and bars.

      On day three, venture through the Tweed Hinterlands and stop at Tropical Fruit World, a sustainability-focused farm where youโ€™ll enjoy a unique tour and sample exotic fruits. End the three-day foodie foray with a tour, gin tasting and gourmet lunch at one of Australiaโ€™s most well known distilleries, nestled in the foothills of Wollumbin National Park, before returning to Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
